Your belly,
Your chest.
You are breathing without effort,
Your breath is breathing you,
Now feel your arms relax,
Your shoulders melt,
Your hands completely at rest,
Your neck softens,
Your face relaxes,
Even your thoughts are slowing down,
There is nothing to hold on to,
No more doing,
Only being,
Only resting.
As you lie here,
Imagine a warmth flowing through you like a river of calm,
It moves through your body,
Washing away the day,
Quieting your mind,
Relaxing you even deeper.
You might already notice sleep beginning to blur your awareness,
Let it happen,
Trust it,
You are meant to rest.

I am safe,
I am calm,

Sleep is coming now,

You are floating now,

Rocked by breath,
