Come to a relaxed position and notice the sense of touch and pressure you feel on the support beneath you.

Closing your eyes and allowing your shoulders to droop away from your ears.

Resting your hands on your lap and bring your awareness to your breath.

The natural inhale and exhale,

Expansion on the inhale,

Contraction on the exhale.

With each exhale softening,

Feel your feet on the ground,

The sense of touch and pressure you feel here.

Connecting and grounding with Mother Earth.

And now bring your awareness inward,

Bringing awareness to your soul and your soul's energy and whatever form and color that takes.

Whatever place in your body you see or feel it,

Become aware of your soul's energy.

This is you.

This is stable.

Breathe with your soul's energy.

And now scan your body and your energy field.

See or feel any other energy.

This could be any worry for a person,

A loved one,

Or any other energies from a situation,

Entity.

Just noticing without any stories the sensation of this energy.

Maybe it comes to you as a color or shape.

Choose to give it to the earth.

The earth is the ultimate transmuter of energy,

Very helpful.

See or feel to give this other energy into the earth,

Bringing it down your body and out through your feet.

See or feel it flow through your feet into the earth and say to yourself,

This is not mine.

I release the collective energies that are not mine.

They are not mine to carry.

It is misplaced empathy.

And by transmuting this energy and giving it back,

I allow growth and learning back to the person,

Back to the situation that it is intended for.

I give it back to the earth.

And now see the other person or energy or situation as happy,

Healthy,

And striving,

And thriving.

And breathe with this vision of positive energy.

And now bring your attention back on your soul's energy.

Breathing with your soul's energy.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
