This is an equinox activation.
Take time to really get comfortable.
Allow yourself to be here now.
This will not be a long activation,
But this will be exactly what we need to experience right here,

In this present moment.
You might feel called to place your hands on your heart or your belly,
Or maybe even the back of your neck,
Or maybe one in each place.
Take a deep breath into your lungs.
Hold at the top,
And exhale fully and completely.
Releasing any expectations,
Anticipation.
Taking another deep breath in,
And exhaling fully,
Fully,
And completely.
It might feel good to shrug or roll your shoulders back or forward.
Move your neck from side to side,
And just releasing the tension,
Feeling the weight of your body wherever it is,
However gravity is holding you.
Acknowledging Mother Earth holding us here,
And taking another deep breath in,
And on your exhale,
Seeing,
Imagining,
Feeling,
Trusting,
Sensing,
Or knowing roots growing out and down through the bottom of your feet and the bottom of your spine.
Feeling these roots grow down,
Passing the earth,
Passing through the ground and the flooring,
Through the foundation,
Until they reach the center of Mother Earth,
Coiling and wrapping around Mother Earth's core,
Holding you here,
Grounding you in her love.
Allow yourself to feel her nourishing energy moving back up through the roots that you have grounded and planted here,
Feeling this energy in the form of crystalline light.
Maybe it has a color,
Or maybe you just sense this energy moving up,
Tingling through the bottom of your feet,
Passing your ankles,
Shins,
Calves,
Knees,
Quads,
Thighs,
Hips,
Pelvis,
Stomach,
Back,
Bellybutton,
Chest,

Expanding through your heart space,
Down your arms,
Your elbows,

And your fingertips.
Feeling this loving,
Nourishing light from Mother Earth pulsing up through your throat,
Surrounding your entire face,
Your third eye,
Your forehead,
Up until your crown.
And feel her light merging beyond your crown,
Above your head,
Passing through the casual energy center,
The soul star,
Up through the stellar gateway.
And just sensing,
Feeling,
Trusting,
Or knowing,
Pouring into your stellar gateway,
Meeting Mother Earth's energy is this bright,
White,
Shimmering,
Glittering light,
This ascension flame,
Merging at your stellar gateway,
Pulsing,
Connecting,
And threading through the grounding energy of Mother Earth.
Feeling this white,
Sparkling light pouring down through your soul star,
Your casual chakra,
Your crown,
Your third eye,
Moving down your throat,
Into the heart,
Down through your solar plexus,
Down,

Down into your sacral and root energy centers,
All the way until it reaches beneath your feet at your earth star chakra.
Feeling the loving,
Nurturing energy from Mother Earth merging with this loving energy,
This ascension flame of light.
Feeling your cells activating with love.
Feeling this nourishing,
Nurturing,
Revitalizing energy,
Renewing your entire being.
As you enter and have already entered this new season of life,
Whether it be spring or autumn,
Changes upon us.
Leaves are falling or leaves are growing,
Budding,
Meeting the sun for the very first time.
Feeling the energies emerging in your heart center.
Feel the light expanding through your heart to surround the room that you are in,
