As old layers begin to dissolve, space opens for something new. This meditation guides you into the experience of a completely new inner state, that you can really feel. You are invited to connect with a deeper field of creation, beyond what you have known before. A space where you can begin again. Where you can let go of all the old frequencies of anger, rage and disappointment. And where you can start over from a 'new' energy; the frequency of your True Divine Essence and Source. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to carry forward. Only a new possibility that starts within you. And you get to choose it. This meditation supports you in allowing this new energy to take form in your body and awareness and to expand your perception so you can start to see your life with new eyes. Take a deep breath in, Deep, Deep breath, Into your nose, And exhale through your mouth, And just relax, Relax, Relax your muscles, In your face, In your neck, Your shoulders, Your arms and your hands, And again, Take a deep breath in, Deep, Deep breath, In through your nose, And as you exhale, Quiet your mind, Quiet your thoughts, Just relax, Be in the moment, Don't worry, Don't think, Just be. Soften your eyes, Soften your gaze, And relax all the little muscles in and around your eyes and within your face. Let go of all the thoughts, Let go of all the worries, This moment is for you. And then, One more time, Take a deep breath in, And as you exhale, Go to your heart centre, And from there, Say, Quietly in your mind, Or out loud, I ask and intend to create a sacred space, I ask and intend to keep away all distracting thoughts, Distracting energies, Distracting information, That are not aligned with my intent, And I now ask to let go, And quiet down my thoughts, I ask my spirit family of Source to please be present with me now, And help me to create and maintain this sacred space, And I ask and intend, And I choose, To align my energy perfectly with the energy of Source, Now. Take a deep breath in, And as I exhale, Again I say from my heart, I now ask and intend to release and to transmute the energy and frequency of anger and rage, And I ask and intend to transmute this energy into a new frequency, That allows me to expand and move forward and awaken faster, And so it is. Take a deep breath in, And as I exhale, I go to my heart, And from there, I just see it, Feel it, Sense it, Visualise it, Or intend it, That the Earth, That humanity, And that I am home now, At Source, I simply imagine it then, That we are, That I am, At the centre of the Universe. Being held in this massive light that Creator is, In this massive energy of pure and unconditional love, The love of Creator for all of his creation. Including me, Including the Earth, That has been separated from her Source for so long, And therefore, So much anger had been accumulated in the collective consciousness of the Earth, And humanity, But now, She's home, At Source, And I simply hold that vision, The Earth being fully merged, Bathing and soaking in this tremendous light. I hold that vision, That I am fully merged, Bathing and soaking in this tremendous light. This moment is a tremendous and beautiful reunification with our own Divine Creator, Our Divine Parent. I hold it, I just imagine it, I feel it, And I visualise it to be. Take a deep breath in, And as I exhale, I now intend for the Earth to recreate herself, At Source, From the beginning, The way she was first conceived, At birth. And as she does this, So do I. So I imagine this is the time for the Earth, And for me, To transmute our entire consciousness. She can now reinvent herself, She can now allow herself to be recreated, Recreated from scratch, And as she can, So can I. Being recreated from scratch, Not just how she originally was conceived, Before any manipulation and separation happened here on the Earth, But recreating now, With all these experiences and consciousness growth taken into account. I am recreating myself now, With all my experiences and consciousness growth taken into account. With all of this taken into account, We are being recreated from the fabric of Source, Our Divine Creator. We are made with pure, Unconditional love, With truth, With beauty, With goodness. The Earth herself remembers, She is made, Purely made, With unconditional love, Because this is the true essence of the Universe, And this is the true essence of the Earth. As it is my true essence. Take a deep breath in, And as I exhale, I hold that intent. I hold it there and allow her to soak in this energy. I soak in this energy, Allowing her and myself to remember, Very, Very deeply, The way we were originally conceived. I just imagine, This is so beautiful. Take a deep breath in, And as I exhale, I imagine the Earth transforming completely. Into a crystal-like energy. She is a brand new consciousness, That never existed before. This is not the continuation of the way she was at all. No, This is a new start. It is a new formula. I just imagine it to be. I just pretend that this is the case. And I hold that image, That intent. That this is a new creation, Brand new. It has never existed before. This is not anywhere else present in the entire Universe. It is a brand new birth. It is her new birth, As it is mine. I am pure crystal-like energy, And a new consciousness, As of now. This is the way Creator had intended all of His creation to be. Made with the same fabric of love, Truth, Beauty and goodness. Being, Unconditional love, Truth, Beauty and goodness. This is who I really am. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And exhale.
