Soften all the muscles in and around your eyes,
And in your face.

And relax some more.
Let go of the tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your back.
Soften your entire face,
Create an inner smile,
And just relax.
And again,

Deep,
Deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Quiet your mind some more.
No thoughts,
Your mind may rest now.
From this inner smile on the inside of your face,
Focus on your ears,
And listen to all the sounds around you,
And to the stillness underneath and between the sounds.
Let go of the worries,
The concerns,
The tension.
Just be here now,
In the moment,
And relax.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Ask to let go of the physical fatigue,
Of the tension,
Of the busyness.
Ask to feel very relaxed,
Yet very clear and present.
Take a deep breath under in your belly,
One more time,
And as you exhale,
Go to your heart center,
And say from there,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend to keep away the distracting thoughts,
Distracting energies,
Distracting information and distracting mind chatter.
I ask and intend that my spirit family from Source to please be present with me now,
And support me in this work.
Help me create and maintain this sacred space.
And I ask and intend to align my energy with the energy of Source,
The energy of my Divine Creator,
And to bring this energy through my entire physical being.
My intent is to release on a deep,
Deep,
Deep cellular level the information,
The frequencies,
The blocks that are misaligned with who I really am,
With my true Divine Essence.
I ask to please let go now of these misalignments on a deep,
Deep cellular level,
And to reawaken my true original Divine Blueprint.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I imagine above me a ball of light.
It is emerald green,
Yellow and silver.
It is the frequency of the Divine Sun,
The frequency of physical energy,
The physical energy aspect of Source as a pure Divine Blueprint.
I don't have to know exactly how or what,
I just intend it for it to be this specific frequency of Source.
And I trust it to be so.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I bring in this silver,
Yellow and emerald green light from the ceiling through the top of my head,
Slowly,
Slowly.
I imagine this light filling my skull and my physical brain,
Slowly,
Slowly.
This light is going through every tiny little cell in my head and my brain.
It is opening the cells,
And the cells are just letting go.
They are clearing and cleansing,
Cleansing,
Cleansing,
Healing at a deep,
Deep level.
The information,
The beliefs that are misaligned with who I really am.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I imagine this silver,
Yellow and emerald green light going through every molecule,
Every atom,
Every cell in my brain,
In my face,
In my jaw.
This light is moving through my neck and my throat.
This light is filling my shoulders,
My arms,
My hands and my fingers.
It's filling my upper back and my chest.
My lower back,
My stomach,
My belly.
It's filling my hips,
My thighs,
My knees.
It is filling every cell towards my ankles and my feet.
It's filling my feet and my toes,
And I let it come out through the bottom of my feet,
Anchoring me down all the way into the earth.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I ask to remain very alert,
Focused and clear.
And I now imagine another ball of light below my feet.
This ball of light is magenta,
Pink,
Purple and silver.
I imagine these colors below my feet,
And I slowly bring them up through the bottom of my feet.
Magenta,
Pink,
Purple and silver coming up through my feet,
My ankles,
Up through my lower legs,
Through my knees,
Through my thighs,
My hips,
My lower back and belly,
My upper back and chest,
My hands,
My arms,
My shoulders,
Through my throat and my neck,
And through my entire head.
And I let it come out through the top of my head,
Connecting me all the way up into the center of this universe,
To source.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I bring my focus to my heart center.
And I imagine that my heart and my lungs are now filling up with a deep purple light with a hint of silver.
Deep purple and a little bit of silver.
It is so warm,
This light is so warm and loving.
It is pure,
Unconditional love.
And I allow myself to feel this love.
I allow myself to accept this love.
And quietly in my mind I say,
From my heart,
I ask and intend to release all of my resistance to accept this love on a deep,
Deep cellular level.
I ask and intend to release my fear of truly accepting love on a deep level.
I ask and intend to release my confusion regarding what it would be like to receive and accept love on a deep,
Deep cellular level.
Yes,
I now ask and intend to release my fear of true and unconditional love.
I now ask and intend to release all of my confusion,
Finally,
About what my life would be like if I truly felt,
Received and accepted love.
And I truly experienced love and self-love on a deep,
Deep cellular level.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I'm still focusing on my heart.
And then I say,
I now ask and intend to release my confusion about how to go about truly loving myself,
Loving my physical body,
Loving my physical cells,
My physical being and who I really am.
I now ask to let go of this confusion from every cell in my heart,
From my lungs,
From my thymus gland,
From my entire physical body and from my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
I am now wanting to experience self-love,
Beginning a new trend,
A new creation pattern that will allow me to experience self-love on a deep,
Deep cellular level in every moment.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale and visualize all the old programming is just leaving your body,
Leaving your cells.
It's just information and energy.
You've put the confusion in at one time when you didn't know,
And now you're taking it out.
Just exhale.
And while you're still focusing on your heart,
Say,
I ask and intend to now release my confusion and discomfort with human relationships.
I ask to release my confusion and frustration with myself for not understanding human relationships,
Not knowing how to master them,
Not knowing how to function with them.
I am now asking to let go of this frustration with myself about human relations from every cell in my heart,
From every cell in my lungs and my thymus gland and my entire physical body,
From my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I notice how I feel.
This is much better already.
Now I focus on my throat,
And I say,
I ask and intend to release my confusion about how to express love in this human reality.
I ask to release my belief that human relationships are strange,
Confusing,
Exhausting.
That they don't make any sense,
That they are frustrating and that I'm sick of it.
I now ask to let go of all of these feelings and beliefs from every cell in my throat.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
And while I'm still focusing on my throat,
I say,
I now ask to release my deep sadness about how human relationships lead to chaos and confusion and struggle and war here on this earth.
I now ask to let go of my deep sadness for humanity,
For being so immensely confused about human relationships and relationships to themselves.
I now ask to let go of my deep,
Deep sadness for humanity from every cell in my throat,
My thyroid gland,
My physical body,
My conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
And I now ask to replace these feelings with a new energy of hope and the belief that I can help,
That I am here to help.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
One more release.
And for that,
I focus on my brain and my brainstem.
And I say,
I ask and intend to release my deep,
Deep sadness and confusion about how this world is governed and controlled.
And how such human relationships can ever occur.
I ask to now let go of this deep sadness which no longer serves me.
I now ask to let go of this confusion from every cell in my brain and from my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
And I ask to replace them with a new energy that allows me to stop worrying about that and to focus on how I am going to create a new reality right here on this same earth.
And from this place,
I am now asking,
Intending and choosing to focus on what I can create.
What I can do to further humanity into a new level of awareness,
A new level of compassion and human relationships.
This is what I am asking right now.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I imagine that I am in a big ball of light that is purple and silver with some yellow.
I allow myself to bathe in this light.
This light that continues to let go of the frustration,
The questioning,
The constant questioning and the need to hold on and to have specific answers.
I now allow all of these energies to dissolve in this purple light and put in,
Instead,
Inside every cell of my body,
A new intent.
And so I imagine that I am now rewriting my DNA and one line item in this new DNA says,
I will now focus on joy.
I will now focus on creating a new reality filled with joy.
Filled with fun,
Beauty and alignment with the source.
I am now adding in my DNA a new formula that allows me to focus on the now.
To feel connected to the divine order in a very intimate way.
And that allows me to create a new reality here on this earth filled with joy for myself and for others.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I allow this new version of DNA to transfer into every cell in my body and in my brain.
And I now put it into my heart.
It is in my heart.
It is in every cell of my being.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I fill my entire body with a bright,
Bright white light.
It is white and yellow and silver.
I simply visualize white,
Yellow and silver light.
And I intend for this light to be the frequency of creation.
Of creation.
Of divine intelligence that I emerged with on a deep,
Deep intimate level.
And I allow every cell to absorb this light.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I continue this light to be absorbed.
And I bring my focus to my heart.
And I now see that the same bright,
Bright light.
White,
Bright light with yellow and silver.
Is emanating from my heart.
This light is all in me in every cell and it is pouring out through my heart.
That I am now creating with this new light through my heart.
Everything that I intend to create.

Freedom,
Joy,
Truth,
Abundance.
Clarity,
Joy and more joy.
Here in this 3D world.
Is now emanating through my heart.
Through this bright,
Bright light.
I now ask to create.
To create this way with this new energy.
With this new formula.
As I move forward in my human life.
