Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
In this moment in time,
I feel that I am transitioning,
That so many things are changing around me and within me,
Because the old ways simply aren't working any longer.
In this moment in time,
When I feel that I am guided into new ways of being,
When I feel that I am guided through these times of transitioning,
Within my own reality,
Within my own personal life,
As well as within the larger perspective of the earth and humanity as a whole,
I fully surrender to my divine self and into my divine creator's energy.
This energy will now move me,
Will speak through me,
Guide me,
Lead me,
Support me in every moment.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I say,
I trust completely that there is a divine plan.
I trust completely that this divine plan is working through me as the world is separating.
I now ask to be immensely guided in every moment,
From moment to moment to moment,
So that my trust deepens and deepens,
More and more and more.
I know it,
I feel it,
I sense it.
I am and I will be guided and everyone involved is going to be guided through me as I continue to move forward on my higher path.
I now choose deep,
Deep surrender.
I now choose deep,
Deep trust.
I ask to trust in my divine creator and in the divine plan.
This is my way to move through these times of transitioning and through these intense times in my life.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I say from my heart,
I trust that I am navigated from moment to moment,
In every moment in time and in all aspects and areas of my life.
With my family,
With my intimate relationship,
With all of my relationships,
With my business or work,
With all the changes in the world,
With everything that is happening around me.
I am guided.
I am supported moving through all these changes.
Whatever changes,
Whatever happens,
Whatever moves,
It will be as comfortable and clean and gentle as possible and I trust it to be so.
There is nothing that I have to do other than to be and stay in my alignment,
In this energy of trust.
Trust and everything else takes care of itself by itself.
I trust,
I surrender,
I allow.
And so it is.
