Welcome to your EFT Tapping Reigniting Passion meditation.
We're going to come to a comfortable seated position,
Closing your eyes and taking in one big deep breath.
Now,
I want you to use your index finger and middle finger and slowly start tapping on your wrist,
Just below your pinky finger.
And as we're tapping,
I want you to say these thoughts in your mind.
Even though I have this disconnection with my partner,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel overwhelmed by any deep intimacy regarding sex,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I'm scared of these feelings cropping up,
I choose to feel calm and confident and want to be intimate with my partner.
Taking a big deep breath in,
Big deep breath out.
Now we're going to come to the EFT Tapping portion of this meditation,
Bringing both your index fingers and middle fingers and tapping on your eyebrow,
Repeating after me either out loud or in your mind.
I am ready to co-exist with my partner.
Side eye.
Surrendering to passionate love is easy for me.
Under eye.
I trust that I have the knowledge and power of disconcernment when it comes to finding my sexual intimacy.
Under nose.
I release all past stories and programs I have around finding my sexual intimacy with my partner.
Chin.
I am ready for a love so passionate that even my ancestors will feel it.

I surrender to allowing powerful and unconditional passion into my life.
Underarm.
I am worthy of the kind of passion and attention my partner gives me.

It is safe for me to be seen as desirable.
