My name is Annabelle,

And today we are going to do affirmations to find stability,

Both financially,

Mentally,

And physically.

So,

What I recommend is looking in the mirror if you can,

Seeing yourself as you say these,

And saying these with the most emotion that you can.

You can also just say these driving to work,

Doing whatever you need to,

But what I recommend is finding the one that you find most powerful,

And repeating it throughout the day,

Coming back every single day for seven days because you are going to be changing your mindset.

You're going to be changing how you think because you're repeating these more often,

Meaning you're creating new neuropathways in your brain and changing your mindset and thinking in the easiest way possible.

So,

Take a deep breath,

And then looking at yourself and repeating with as much emotion as you can,
