Hello and welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is your time to exhale the day and return to yourself.

As you settle,

Feel the weight of your body being held.

You don't have to do anything or be anywhere.

Just resting here is enough.

Allow your breath to become your anchor,

A soft inhale,

A longer,

Slower exhale.

Imagine each out-breath as a gentle release,

Releasing tension,

Thoughts,

The day that has passed.

Next,

Bring your attention inward,

Noticing your body from the crown of your head down to your toes.

Notice,

Not fixing,

Just noticing,

And with each breath,

Allowing a little more softness.

Your eyes grow heavy.

Your shoulders melt.

Your stomach loosens.

Your whole body begins to trust the surface beneath you.

If thoughts arise,

That's okay.

Picture them as leaves drifting along a quiet stream.

You can watch them pass without needing to follow.

Now,

Imagine a calm,

Steady light surrounding you.

This light is gentle,

Safe,

And protective.

It holds you as you drift towards rest,

Reminding you that you are safe to let go.

Repeating softly in your mind,

I am calm.

I am supported.

I am ready for rest.

Stay here as long as you'd like,

Floating between awareness and sleep,

Trusting your body to carry you into the deep rest you deserve.

Good night.
