Setting an intention for yourself to create some time and space here to absorb the following affirmations that are designed to help you to let go and release of anything that may be holding you back.

You could choose to let go and release any old negative beliefs,

Thoughts,

Memories or just stress within the body.

As you set your intention,

You can tell yourself that it is safe to let go,

That there is so much power in choosing to let go and you have that choice now.

So as you relax,

Let the following suggestions be absorbed by you.

I give myself permission to let go of what no longer serves me.

It is safe for me to let go.

I trust that by letting go I am making space for growth and healing.

I trust that by letting go I am making space for something better.

I trust that by letting go I am creating a beautiful healthy future for myself.
