Welcome to this guided meditation for opening the wisdom of your heart,

Brought to you by Indigo Alchemy.

I'm Marianne and I'll be your guide.

This meditation will help you connect with your heart's intuitive intelligence,

Cultivating love,

Clarity,

And deep inner wisdom.

Let's begin.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

You can sit in a chair,

On a cushion on the floor,

Or lie down,

Whatever allows you to fully relax.

Take a moment to settle into stillness.

If you're comfortable doing so,

You may close your eyes or lower your eyes to a soft gaze at an object nearby.

Allow your body to relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw release.

Breathe in deeply again and exhale completely.

Now bring your awareness to the space of your heart.

Imagine your breath moving in and out of your chest as if you are breathing directly through your heart center.

Breathe in and breathe out.

With each inhale,

Feel your heart expanding.

With each exhale,

Release any tension,

Any heaviness.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Begin to cultivate a sense of gratitude,

A deep appreciation for this moment.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing in the center of your chest.

This light represents the wisdom,

Love,

And intuition that already exist within you.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe,

Allow this light to grow brighter,

Expanding with every inhale.

Feel it filling in your entire chest,

Radiating outward.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now gently place one or both hands over your heart and ask yourself,

What wisdom does my heart want to share with me today?

Do not force an answer.

Simply listen and be still.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Maybe a word arises.

Maybe a feeling emerges.

Perhaps you feel a sensation somewhere in your body.

Or maybe there's just stillness,

And that's perfectly okay.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Trust that your heart knows the way.

Imagine this inner wisdom flowing through you like a golden river,

Clearing away any doubt,

Any fear.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let this inner wisdom open new pathways of understanding,

Clarity,

And peace.

Now envision this light within you expanding beyond your body.

See it filling the room,

Touching everything around you with warmth and compassion.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your heart's energy connecting with the world,

Offering love,

Understanding,

And deep presence.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe,

Listen to my affirmations.

You may say them silently to yourself or out loud.

I will repeat them three times.

My heart is wise.

My heart is open.

My heart leads me with love and clarity.

My heart is wise.

Feel the truth of these affirmations settle within you.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel your fingers,

Your toes.

Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Take one last deep inhale,

Filling yourself with light.

And as you exhale,

Gently open or lift your eyes.

Take a moment of stillness before returning to your day,

Knowing that your heart's wisdom is always here to guide you.

May your heart's inner wisdom be with you this day and every day.
