Taking a deep breath in,

And releasing any stress or tension we're holding in our body as we sink even deeper into the present moment.
Allowing ourselves to feel our feet on the ground.
Allowing ourselves to really begin to feel our body,
This vessel that we're in,
That we get to inhabit.
And maybe you imagine this,
Like to imagine a feather in our mind as it begins to gently flow down from the mind,
Past the throat,
Past the shoulders,
Settling right into the heart space,
So that we can cultivate this place of deep listening,
Allowing ourselves to hear what we really need to hear,
To help us along our journey,
To make life a little more fun,
More inspiring.
Just allowing this lightness to flow around our heart.
As we breathe into our heart space,
Exhaling all around our heart,
Opening the place where Mama Cacao plays with us,
Strengthening our heartbeat,
Strengthening our connection.
And from this place of connection,
Let's just envision all of the listeners here right now,
And beaming them our love,
Seeing this light connection all over the globe,
And letting yourself receive that love too.

Giving thanks to the heart of the waters,
The waters that live within us,
And the waters on our planet,
Giving thanks to the heart of the fire,
The fire within us,
And the fire that burns,
And blessing all of the fire keepers that know the wisdom,
And can understand the wisdom of the fire,
Giving thanks to the heart of the air,
And the four winds that we breathe,
To the north,
To the south,
To the east,
And to the west,
Giving thanks to the heart of ether,
And giving thanks to the heart of the void,
And from our heart space connecting in as we give thanks to the sacred medicine,
The heart of Mama Cacao,
Blessing all of the guardians and protectors of the lands from which our cacao has traveled,
Blessing all of the farmers,
All of the hands that made this cacao possible,
And blessing our very own hands holding this cup today,
Knowing that this medicine was made specifically for us,
Nobody else in the world is drinking your cup today,
That Mama Earth created this cup just for you,
And allowing your intention to maybe be received from Mama Cacao,
Or maybe you have a whisper from your heart,
And if you wish to activate your cup with your breath today,
As we come into presence,
Opening ourselves up to receive the wisdom from this conversation here,
And allowing ourselves to really listen from a deep space of connection,
