Welcome to a guided meditation from Conversations with Kakao.
I am your guide Alexandra Gabrielle and today we are going to journey to another realm where we will walk a winter spiral.
A spiral that symbolizes the connection to your own inner light.
So without further ado,
Allowing yourself to find a comfortable position,
Maybe that is sitting up with your back erect and head free or maybe lying down in a comfortable position.
And allowing yourself to just settle right back into your body,
Beginning to feel your scalp,
Feeling your eyelids and forehead relaxing,
Allowing the muscles in your eyes to relax,
Relaxing your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Releasing the tension in your arms and hands,
Allowing your torso to be soft and flexible,
Your spine to be fluid and flexible and strong,
Relaxing the hips,
Releasing any tension or gripping in your legs,
Knees and feet,
And just beginning to sense your skin,
Feeling a tingling sensation as you begin to perceive how your clothing rests upon your skin,
And as you begin to take deeper breaths,
Becoming more and more connected to your body,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Inhaling and exhaling.
And I invite you now to envision in the space of your third eye,
Right in the center of your mind,
That there is an elevator.
And your light body,
Your dream body,
Like a little more miniature version of yourself,
Enters in to this elevator.
And as soon as you step in the elevator,
You push the button down,
Down into your sacral chakra,
Down into your womb,
Flowing all the way down,
And you begin to feel the elevator moving from your mind,
All the way down past your throat,
Past your heart,
Past your solar plexus,
And you arrive in your sacral chakra.
And as you open the doors of this elevator,
You step out in to this chamber,
This energetic chamber that lives within you,
And taking note of what it looks like,
What it feels like.
Maybe there is a specific scent.
And as you take in this chamber,
You notice in the far corner,
A beautiful door.
And this door has a very unique shape.
And you begin to walk towards the door,
Taking in the symbol and the shape.
And when you are there,
When you feel ready,
You open the door and step in through this doorway.
And as you step through the doorway,
You enter a new realm,
A realm of trees and snow-covered grounds where it is still and quiet.
Where nature is seemingly at rest,
But still teeming with life.
A different kind of quiet.
Sensing that the activity is happening beneath your feet,
That the energy is moving in the earth,
In the darkness.
And as you take in this space,
This realm,
You see a light up ahead and a path appear before you,
And you begin to walk towards this light.
And as you walk upon the path,
You see your higher self right there,
Beckoning you toward them.
And they have warm garments for you and a cloak,
And they hand you a candle.
And your higher self begins to lead you down this path.
And as you walk with your higher self,
You feel your excitement beginning to grow.
And you see a cave in the distance.
And this cave comes closer and closer to you.
And as you enter this cave,
You see it is lit and filled with beautiful branches and bows of the tree,
Shells and crystals.
And you see that this cave is leading towards a spiral.
And you begin to walk,
Entering this cave,
Entering the spiral.
Taking one step after the other,
Taking in the beauty of the crystals as you walk down.
And your pace begins to quicken as you continue to walk in the spiral until you arrive at the center.
And in the center,
You see a beautiful candle that is lit.
And from your own instinct,
You allow yourself to light the candle that you were given.
And you feel the warmth that comes from this,
The connection that begins to arise.
Feeling yourself more waking up,
Parts of you waking up.
And you begin to gaze into the fire.
Feeling the stillness from within you beginning to grow.
Feeling your body begin to become more excited,
A little bit hotter.
And you feel called to place your candle next to the candle in the spiral.
And as soon as you do,
These candles together become a huge fire.
You take in this beautiful fire and you begin to gaze into the fire,
Showing it what it has to say to you.
What does it have to share with you?
What does it have to tell you about this time?
This time of year,
This part of yourself,
Your inner light,
Allowing any wisdom to come through.
As you gaze into the fire,
Seeing almost like dances and reflections of visions coming through as the fire talks to you,
As the light talks to you,
The warmth,
The inner knowing begins to convey its own wisdom straight to your soul.
And as you begin to see this information,
You feel compelled to step right into the fire.
And as you do,
You feel the fire begin to combine with you,
To fill you up,
That this light begins to fill you.
That the fire begins to become you.
That every single part of your body is filled with this flame,
Filled with this wisdom,
Filled with this inner knowing.
Allowing this light to begin to fill who you are,
Your body,
Your essence.
Knowing that it is you.
Feeling complete,
You begin to exit the spiral,
Taking this fire with you.
As you walk and pass all of the candles that were lit as you walk down,
They begin to burn brighter.
They burn even brighter as you pass them,
Awakening the light all around you.
And as you exit this cave,
You see that it has become dark,
That it is night,
That as soon as you exit this cave,
Your light begins to shift and transform the night.
These beautiful magical colors from the sunset and the sunrise begin to dance upon the darkness,
Emanating from your own light,
From your own emanation,
From your own existence.
You begin to imprint the darkness with light,
And you walk back this path with your higher self.
Feeling this power within you as you walk this path back towards the doorway where you came from.
And as you arrive right by the doorway,
You turn to your higher self,
And they gaze into your eyes,
Sensing your beauty,
Seeing you for who you are,
Seeing your light,
Seeing all that you are.
And your higher self embraces you,
And as they embrace you,
They begin to merge with you.
They step right into you,
And then they become you as well,
Integrating this part of yourself in more wholeness,
Integrating the lightness within you with more love,
With more ease,
With more grace,
Feeling their energy beginning to fill you,
Feeling the nobility within you,
Feeling the humility within you,
Feeling your body beginning to be filled with grace,
With ease,
With joy,
With awareness,
With lucidity,
And with ease.
And taking one last look at this beautiful space that you just entered,
Giving thanks to this realm,
Knowing that you can return whenever you wish.
And when you're ready,
Turning towards the door,
Opening it,
And stepping through.
And as you step through,
You enter the chamber in the sacral chakra point that you entered before.
And you step through,
Closing this unique door gently behind you,
Beginning to walk through the chamber back to the elevator.
And as you step into the elevator,
You see there is this beautiful button that says integrate.
And you press the button integrate.
And as you do,
The elevator begins to rise past your solar plexus,
Past your heart,
Past your throat,
Past your eyes,
Right into the center of your brain.
And as you exit the elevator,
Your whole light body begins to grow and fills your entire body,
Sensing and feeling the light that you took from this beautiful journey,
Beginning to fill your whole entire being,
Filling each cell in your body from the head to toe,
And sensing that your body is now beginning to glow,
Your light is glowing.
That you are this beautiful pillar of light,
Of your own expression,
Your own authentic essence,
The expression of your true being with such beauty,
Ease,
And grace.
And allowing yourself to sit in this frequency,
Knowing that everything that has occurred in this time together is integrated with ease,
Joy,
And grace in a way that delights your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
And that any alchemical transmutations that will occur in your life will do so with gentleness,
Ease,
And grace,
To your highest good always,
Knowing that you are always protected,
That you are always held,
That you are always loved,
That you are always supported,
That in every moment you have this beautiful being inside your body of who you are,
This beautiful light that you are,
That the world just can't wait to see.
And allowing yourself to become more and more present in the space around you,
Beginning to wiggle your toes and your hands,
And very gently bridging the energy that you cultivated with your eyes closed,
To bridge it with your eyes open as you become a part of this waking world.
