Grounding meditation by Iswa the Infinite Guide.
I'm so thankful and honored you're here to meditate with me.
How you started in your day is very important.
And today,
I'm proud of you for just being you.
This meditation is best used outdoors or sitting in a position where your feet are flat on the ground for a portion of this meditation.
In your desired position,
As you close your eyes,
Breathe in through your nose,
Extending your belly out and hold for five seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And release,
Letting out a small sigh.
Repeat,
Breathing in and holding for five seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And repeat,
Relaxing every muscle in your body.
With this next inhale and exhale,
Relax even more and focus on your breath.
If thoughts begin to flood your mind,
Focus even harder on my voice,
The music or your breathing.
Inhaling now and hold for five seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And release.
Today,
You will connect with nature stronger than ever before because you are nature.
You are a tree,
Strong and sturdy.
You feel your roots planted deep within the ground.
You are stronger and more connected than you think.
You notice your roots run deeper than you ever imagined.
Follow your roots and see where it ends.
Does it end?
How far down does your roots go?
Follow them down into the dirt.
Keep going further and further,
Further and further until you've reached an iron core crystal or whatever is there.
What does it look like?
Do you see any colors?
How do you feel in this moment?
Do you feel light,
Heavy,
Afraid,
Fearless?
Do you hear anything?
Crackles,
Movement,
Energy?
There's a message for you to receive here.
Taking a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Receive that message.
And with your slow release of your breath,
Send that message up through your roots.
Repeat this two more times.
Breathing in through your nose,
Receiving that message and slowly releasing.
Sending that message up through your roots.
Last time,
Breathing in and releasing.
Once you feel the message has completely been received,
Travel back up to the surface.
Traveling up now.
End up,
End up,
End up.
Almost there.
Keep going and you're there.
Listen and be in this moment,
Taking slow deep breaths in and out as you begin to really understand and process the message you just received.
How does that message make you feel?
As you continue to breathe,
You notice new branches are forming.
These new branches are ready to produce newness,
A new clarity,
A new confirmation and anything that is in alignment with where you are at this point in time.
After those branches have completely formed,
You notice how alive you feel in this moment.
How free you feel.
And suddenly you begin to hear the buzzing of a bee nearby.
You begin to feel it at crawling up your branches and you feel the air shifting into the wind.
You feel the sun's warm communication as your senses are enhanced more than ever before.
You see your roots pulsating through the dirt down into the ground.
You feel deeply connected all over your body.
As you come back into your body,
Separating from the tree,
Notice the tree shrinking all the way down and turns into energy.
What color is the energy you see?
That energy travels from the bottom of your feet up to your legs,
Your abdomen,
Up to your chest,
Spreading out down your arms,
Through your fingers,
Back up through your shoulders,
Up to your neck and continues as it passes through the top of your crown.
Your body is full of its grounding energy.
You feel it all over your body,
Producing energetic chills in the form of goosebumps.
Going down your arms,
Your legs,
And wherever else it decides to communicate its existence.
Inhale through your nose and hold for five seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And exhale,
Releasing the breath.
And repeat one more time,
Inhaling through your nose and holding for five seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And release.
Repeat after me.
I am grounded.
I am centered at the core.
I am connected.
I am one with Mother Nature.
Now,
Acknowledge your physical body by wiggling your toes and your fingers.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and journal your experience.
Include today's state.
And use the following journal prompts if needed.
What message did you receive?
What did you feel?
How do you feel now?
What was it like being a tree?
How far did your roots go?
