This meditation will help you to release and let go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Cleansing your mind,

Your body and your soul.

Giving yourself space and freedom to cultivate more positive and harmonious,

Nourishing qualities.

So let's begin.

Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

Turning off or silence any distractions.

And find a comfortable seated position.

Softly closing down your eyes.

We will begin by taking three cleansing,

Relaxing breaths.

So on your next inhale,

Take a deep inhale.

Notice how your stomach expands.

Your chest and shoulders rise.

And as you exhale,

Fully exhale all of the air out of your body as your body relaxes.

Inhaling as your stomach expands,

Chest and shoulders rise.

And exhaling all of the air out of your body as you allow any stress and tension to drift away.

Taking one more deep inhale as your body expands.

And a full exhale as your body completely relaxes.

And return your attention back to your natural breath.

Take your attention to the top of your head now.

As you relax the crown of your head.

Relaxing into your forehead and eyebrows as they become heavy.

Softening around your eyes.

Relaxing into your eyes and deep into your eye sockets.

Softening your face.

Unclenching your jaw.

Allow your tongue to rest away from the roof of your mouth.

Relaxing into your throat and neck.

Soften your shoulders.

Allow them to relax and become heavy.

As you continue that relaxation down into your upper arms.

All the way down to your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your hands and your fingers.

Allowing your chest and upper back to relax now.

As you continue that relaxation down into your middle back and lower back.

Relaxing your stomach.

Allowing it to become heavy and to sit naturally.

Relaxing all the way from your upper legs to your knees,

Your lower legs,

Your ankles,

Feet and toes.

Take your attention to your breath now.

Take your attention to your breath now.

As you inhale through your nose down into your heart space.

And as you exhale the breath leaves your heart space and exits your nose.

Inhaling into your heart space.

And exhaling back out of your heart space.

Just breathing naturally.

If your attention drifts off to a thought,

A sound or bodily sensation at any time during this meditation.

That is okay.

Just be kind to yourself.

Notice that your attention has drifted and return your attention back to my voice.

I want you to visualize that you are in a jungle.

A beautiful luscious green jungle.

As you stand there on the earth with your feet on the floor.

It is soft,

Warm and comfortable.

As you connect with mother nature.

And as you look around the jungle.

You can see luscious,

Vibrant green of all the trees and plants.

All the beautiful colours of the flowers.

Everything is so vibrant and alive.

You can see beautiful,

Colourful birds flying around the trees.

Various animals making their way around their home.

They are all free,

They are all happy and joyful.

The beautiful sounds of the birds chirping.

The trees blowing in the wind.

Your senses are completely washed over with this beautiful jungle.

All the beautiful sights.

All the beautiful smells.

All the beautiful sounds.

The temperature is just perfect for you.

And as you begin to walk slowly in this jungle.

With your feet pressing on the beautiful earth beneath you.

It is soft,

It is comfortable and warm.

Connecting with mother earth.

Running your hands and your fingers through the plants.

Touching the trees,

The flowers.

It is so beautiful to touch.

Connecting with nature.

All of the healing properties that nature provides.

Your senses are fully engaged with the jungle,

With nature.

All the beautiful smells,

Sights,

The sounds.

And you continue to walk through the jungle.

You continue to walk through the jungle.

Allowing the healing properties of the jungle to wash over you.

And as you walk further.

You come to a waterfall and a pool.

The water falling from the cliff above is beautiful,

Crystal clear water.

And you continue to walk towards the water.

As you start to walk into the water with your feet.

The temperature is just perfect for you.

It is crystal clear water,

It's beautiful,

It's calm.

And as you walk deeper into this water.

Covering more and more of your body.

Covering more and more of your body.

Until you are submerged up to your shoulders in the water.

It is beautiful,

It is calm,

It is clear.

It's nourishing and healing your body.

As you make your way over towards the waterfall.

And standing under the waterfall now.

This waterfall is just washing away all that does not serve you.

All of the negative thoughts,

The negative emotions.

The anxieties,

The pain,

The traumas.

This waterfall is cleansing you.

It is washing away all that does not serve you.

It feels beautiful on your skin.

You are open and you are allowing this waterfall to cleanse you.

Washing away all of your troubles,

Fears and anxieties.

You are feeling free,

Energetic and alive.

As you make your way back into the pool now.

The serene,

Beautiful,

Calm pool.

Surrounded by the beautiful jungle.

Luscious green of the trees and plants.

The beautiful flowers.

The colours of the beautiful birds and all the animals around you.

Everything is so joyful and happy and free.

As you begin to follow this pool of water.

As it goes into a small river.

Passing through the jungle all around you.

You are effortlessly and elegantly floating through this water.

Passing through all the beautiful flowers,

Animals,

Trees,

Plants.

And as you pass through the jungle.

Through all of the natural healing properties of the earth.

You are cultivating all of the qualities that you desire.

All of the qualities that nourish you.

You are cultivating the qualities of peace.

You are cultivating the qualities of peace,

Love,

Compassion,

Joy,

Bliss.

It is a beautiful place to be.

As you effortlessly glide with the water.

You can hear the sounds of the river as it passes through the jungle.

You can hear the birds chirping.

The trees rustling in the wind.

All of the animals moving around you.

Amongst all the beautiful plants and flowers.

Finding deep joy.

You are completely peaceful.

You are completely relaxed.

You have left all of that that does not serve you behind you.

It has been washed away.

You have been cleansed.

And now you have cultivated all of these nourishing healing qualities.

That you will carry with you now.

As the river starts to open up into a huge lake.

A beautiful wide open lake.

Surrounded by the beautiful nature.

And you begin to make your way out of the lake now.

With all of the healing and nourishing qualities that you have just cultivated.

Allowing these qualities to wash over you.

And you can emanate these out to others.

Return your attention back to your heart space now.

As you breathe in and out of your heart space naturally.

Just sitting in this stillness that you have created.

Allowing all of the nourishing qualities to wash over you.

You can take your attention off your heart space now.

And keeping your eyes closed.

Just begin to listen to the sounds that are around you.

Starting to get a sense of your surroundings.

You can begin to move your hands and your feet.

Stretch out your arms and legs into the space around you.

And you can slowly begin to open your eyes.

Starting off gazing down at the floor.

Take your time coming back around.

Take your time coming back around.
