Welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

If you're feeling heavy,

Left out,

Or forgotten,

You're not alone.

You've found your way to a quiet place,

A space where nothing needs to be fixed or explained.

Just be here.

That's enough.

I'd like to invite you to take a breath with me,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.

Let yourself soften into this moment.

I want to speak to the part of you that feels cast out.

The part that wonders why didn't they stay?

Why wasn't I enough?

Why does everyone else seem to belong while I sit here unseen?

If that's you,

If you've been left behind,

Misunderstood,

Or made to feel unworthy,

Please hear this.

You are not alone.

Right now,

In this very moment,

Someone else in the world is sitting with the same ache.

Someone else is wondering if they matter.

Someone else is feeling like the world kept moving and they got left behind.

You are not the only one.

And while that might not take away the pain,

Maybe it softens just a little.

Rejection leaves more than silence.

It leaves questions.

It leaves wounds that don't always have names.

I want you to know this.

You are not too much.

You are not broken.

You are not unlovable.

This pain says more about what happened to you than about who you are.

See if you'd like to take another breath,

Inhaling gently,

And exhaling.

Let yourself be held by this breath.

You still belong.

Even if no one told you that today,

Even if the people you loved couldn't love you back the way you needed,

You still belong.

Not because you've done anything right or perfect,

But because you are you.

Because you are living your truth.

Because you are human.

Because you feel.

Because your story matters.

Even in your loneliness,

Even in the ache of being left out,

You still belong.

I invite you to take one last breath with me.

Inhale and exhale.

You may still feel tender,

And that's okay.

But please remember,

You are not alone in this pain.

You belong.

Even now.

Even here.

Thank you for being here with me.

And thank you for being you.
