And this meditation is called The Magical December Holiday Season – Wisdom,
Wishing,
And Abundance.
When you're ready to begin with me,
Find a comfortable space.
Really get cozy,
Just like the winter holidays.
You can lie down,
Or you could do this meditation seated.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes,
And we'll begin.
Just be where you're at in the present moment.
Notice how you're feeling.
Check in with yourself not only physically,
But mentally.
No judgments,
Just noticing.
I believe wisdom isn't just about age,
It's about experience,
Inner knowing,
And the ability to see a bigger picture.
We all have wisdom.
It's about having the ability to see things from an impartial,
Nonjudgmental,
Higher place.
So,
For this meditation,
We're going to start with having a little fun with tuning into our inner wisdom,
And finding out what our inner wisdom is telling us in this very moment.
I'm going to provide you with a little silence so that you can tune in,
And if nothing comes,
Nothing comes.
It's just a practice with being present and listening to what your inner wisdom may have to communicate with you.
So,
Now take a moment of silence and ask your inner wisdom if it has anything it would like to share.
Holding your inner wisdom very dear for this entire meditation,
Now we're going to move toward wishes.
Wishes.
Well,
Such a big presence during the December holiday season.
Children wish for things from Santa,
And as adults,
We wish for things too.
Sometimes we work on manifesting things for the new year.
Sometimes we have a wish list for the December holiday season.
So tap into your childlike mind now,
And be honest and creative.
What are you wishing for this holiday season?
What wish is in your heart?
And here's the main question.
Do you feel worthy of your wish?
Just like that naughty and nice list of Santas,
Sometimes we judge ourselves,
And those negative thought patterns can hold us back from manifesting our wishes.
So,
I invite you now for the next few moments of silence to reflect on how you might change your mindset so that you can manifest all that you wish for this holiday season and beyond.
You might even tap into that inner wisdom again and allow it to guide you as you just take a little journey through what it is you're wishing for and how you might manifest that in your life.
Now,
Let's really play more with your wish in order to manifest it.
Feel yourself grounded,
Grounded support,
And imagine that holiday December wish.
Visualize it with all your senses.
Truly bring it to mind.
See it,
Be it,
Feel it,
And ask yourself if you are open to receiving your wish.
Notice if there's any hesitation,
And if there is,
Breathe into that with the reflection that you can shift this feeling.
You can be ready to receive.
Spend the next few moments of silence to really play into this wish you want to manifest,
And notice,
Do you have a hesitation around it?
If so,
How can we shift that?
Reflect.
Abundance is also a theme over the December holiday season.
Everything's in abundance,
And you know there's enough for everyone.
There's gifts,
There's food,
We're giving,
We're receiving,
The stores are packed,
The kitchen is full.
How do you feel around this abundance over the holiday season?
Do you hold any negative feelings around it?
Does it affect your thoughts about enjoying the holiday season?
Do you personally feel abundant?
Do you personally feel worthy of the abundance of the holiday season?
Are you open to receive your abundance?
And if not,
How can we shift that energy?
How can we shift it into a place of more abundance?
Sometimes it revolves around our self-worth.
When we feel we are worthy,
We can receive more,
And we can give more.
I invite you now for the next few moments of reflective silence.
Feel all about the abundance of this holiday season.
Feel how you are connected to it.
Notice your sense of worthiness or lack thereof.
Reflect.
Continue to visualize abundance.
Whatever it means to you,
See it,
Feel it,
Experience it.
Notice how you feel around it.
And we're going to repeat the following affirmation three times.

And now let's conclude this meditation with a little breath work.
Here's how it's going to go.
We're going to inhale through the nose with three sniffs.
And exhale through the mouth.
We'll do four rounds together.
The first one will be a demo.

Just breathe naturally now,
Your own rhythm and pace.
And before I bring you out of this meditation,
Just notice how you feel once again.
Tap back in physically,
Mentally.
How do you feel right now in this very moment?
When you're ready to return,
Slowly bring some movement to your body.
Be aware of the room you're in.
Feel the temperature.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the warmth.
And just feel yourself in this reality.
Hear the sounds.
And then when you're ready,
Blink your eyes open and see the world around you again.
