Welcoming you to this beautiful meditation of connection,
A space to reconnect with yourself first,
And then send that energy of connection to your loved one.
Finding a comfortable seated or even a position laying down,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you,
And making any final adjustments to allow yourself to be most comfortable now.
Feeling that chair or the surface beneath you,
Allowing yourself to just completely relax down into that surface now.
Allowing yourself to be held,
To feel safe,
To feel nurtured in this space now.
Noticing any sounds around you,
All perfectly in their place,
And simply allowing my voice to guide you exactly where you need to go.
As you notice your body now just relaxing even deeper,
The tension in your shoulders,
Releasing the jaw,
Noticing as all the muscles in your body now just relax even deeper now.
And as you notice yourself relaxing down even deeper now,
Just allowing yourself to become aware of the beautiful feeling of gratitude that you have for yourself,
For making this time for you now.
Knowing that right now,
In this moment,
There is nowhere else you need to be here.
Noticing that feeling of gratitude,
Awakening the feeling of acceptance for self.
Noticing the sensations of self-love,
Allowing them to create whatever sensations in the body you notice.
As you send yourself this beautiful feeling of gratitude,
That self-acceptance,
The self-love,
Maybe even noticing where you feel this in your body now.
Noticing any warmth,
Tingling,
Any sensations as you feel this beautiful feeling of gratitude for self now.
In a moment,
We're going to float up out of your body,
Looking down at yourself now,
But before then,
I just want you to take one more deep breath and relax down even further now.
And then slowly,
With every breath,
Just floating up out of your body and just observing,
Just witnessing,
Just looking at yourself here,
Now.
Just noticing what comes up,
Noticing what you see,
Noticing what you feel,
Noticing what you observe as you just witness yourself here,
Now.
Noticing the energy,
The inner strength,
Noticing that beautiful gratitude,
That love,
That self-acceptance,
Noticing the expression on your face as you send yourself these beautiful feelings,
Now.
Noticing where you can love yourself just that little bit more.
Noticing how you can give yourself even more acceptance for you and all that you are.
Noticing the beautiful qualities of you that make you,
You.
Just noticing that warmth inside you as you rekindle this beautiful feeling of pride for all that you are.
Then in a moment,
You're going to notice an energy next to you.
Noticing that energy,
Your loved one.
Noticing as they are there next to you,
Now.
Just feeling that connection,
That energy as they are there.
As you're floating up nice and high,
Looking down at yourself and all these beautiful qualities,
These strengths that you have,
You look across at your partner,
Now.
You notice them here.
You notice them now,
Showing up for themselves,
Showing up for you.
Showing up for each other.
As you look down now,
Your partner there,
Just noticing,
Witnessing,
Becoming aware.
What is it that you see now in your partner there?
Bringing that vision even clearer and clearer as you see your partner there.
Noticing what they're wearing.
Noticing the energy that they hold.
Maybe even noticing the expression on their face as they present themselves here,
Next to you,
Now.
Bringing back those feelings of gratitude,
That love,
That acceptance.
Noticing what it is you see,
You feel.
The qualities that they hold as you notice your partner there,
Now.
Their strengths.
The qualities that just make them,
Them.
So grateful for all that they are.
Noticing now as you see yourself,
Your partner,
Together,
Here.
Noticing the connection,
The energy,
Together.
In a moment,
I'm going to invite you to float down into your partner's body.
But before then,
Just even deeper,
Becoming aware of that energy you cultivate together.
And now as you slowly just float down into your partner's body.
Slowly just sinking in,
Seeing the world through their eyes.
Hearing the world as they do.
Noticing the world as they do.
As this vision becomes clearer and clearer,
You allow yourself to be completely submerged as them.
And you now just look across at yourself through their eyes.
Noticing yourself as they see you now.
Noticing the beauty that they see.
The strengths that they see.
Noticing as you look through their eyes back at yourself now.
With the love.
With the compassion.
With the understanding of all that you have been through together now.
Just allowing yourself to feel that in your body.
Noticing where you feel that in your body now.
Looking back at yourself through their eyes now.
Sending yourself so much love.
So much compassion.
So much understanding.
Allowing yourself now to just witness,
Observe,
Send gratitude.
Noticing is there anything in that moment that they need you to know now.
Sharing those thoughts,
Those feelings,
Those sensations.
And then thanking them for sharing this now.
I invite you now to float back up.
Nice and high looking down at both you and your partner now.
The two of you together.
The connection,
The energy.
Just noticing as you look down at the two of you together there.
Seeing that connection,
Feeling that energy.
Just celebrating the strengths you have together.
From everything you have been through.
Strengthening that connection.
Strengthening that energy as you remember.
All the highs together.
And all the lows.
As you strengthen that connection,
That love,
That acceptance.
As you remember all the good.
All the bad.
All the beautiful.
And all the ugly.
Just strengthening that connection now for all that has been.
And yet strengthening that connection for all that is yet to come.
You notice this energy.
You notice how this feels.
You see how this feels for you both as you witness this in both of you now.
Looking down at the two of you.
Seeing that strength.
That resilience.
The courage you both hold.
The courage that you both hold to be here now.
Strengthening this energy,
This beautiful connection.
Thanking you both for being here now.
For this beautiful experience.
Deepening this connection.
In a moment you're going to float back down into your own body.
Looking through your own eyes again.
But before then,
Just noticing that energy.
Strengthening that connection.
Allowing any sensations,
Any feelings,
Any emotions as you just allow this moment now.
And as you float back down into your body now.
Looking through your own eyes.
Feeling into your body now.
Just notice.
What feels different now.
Noticing that connection.
That energy.
Undeniable love.
Compassion.
Acceptance.
And understanding.
For you.
For them.
For each other.
Taking this beautiful energy.
Now.
And out into the future.
To draw upon whenever you may need.
