Hello there and welcome to this guided meditation for building focus and building strength.

My name is Jess and I will be your guide today.

I'm honoured to be your guide,

Thank you very much for joining me.

First of all here,

Closing down your eyes and coming to find a comfortable seat.

You may be lay down or sitting in a chair or cross legged on a mat,

Whatever works for you,

Whatever is comfortable.

Keeping the eyes closed,

Just starting here to connect with your breath.

Keeping all of your focus to be on the breath right now,

Noticing it coming in through the nostrils and out through the nostrils.

With every exhale just feeling your body relax.

Letting go of anything from the day thus far,

Anything on your to do list,

Anything in your diary or your calendar,

Whatever it is let it go.

This is your time to focus on yourself so you have energy to give to others.

From once you've found your centre and your body and mind have started to unwind,

Bring your awareness to your mind's eye.

And I'd like you to visualise the following statements,

The following mantras.

I am alive.

I am free.

I am capable.

I am strong.

Along the words to wash over you.

Repeating the mantras internally again if you would like to say them out loud,

If you're in a space to please feel free.

I am alive.

I am free.

I am capable.

I am strong.

Visualise the energy of these words flowing through your body.

With each mantra,

With each statement another part of your body becomes flooded with this unstoppable energy.

I am alive.

Your feet begin to wake up,

Feel the energy rise up from the earth that supports you.

Feel that energy flowing freely through your legs.

I am free.

Feel the energy rise through your navel,

Through your belly and all the way up through your lungs.

Take a deep breath here,

Feel your chest expand.

I am capable.

The energy flows through all of your shoulders,

Your chest,

Down your arms,

Past your elbows,

The tips of each of your fingers.

Close your hands into two strong fists and completely relax them again allowing them to gently fall open.

I am strong.

Feel the energy rise now through your throat,

Expanding as you continue to breathe through your face and your head all the way to the crown of your head.

With this energy now within you allow nothing and nobody to stand in between you,

Your vision and your goals today.

You are alive.

You are free.

You are capable.

You are strong.

Visualise this energy running all through your body as a beautiful bright white light and imagine this energy radiating from you,

Passing it to all of the people that you'll interact with today.

And when you're ready begin to move your fingers and toes,

Bring your awareness back into the room and open your eyes.
