Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat.

Just feeling grounded,

Back soft but upright.

Let your eyes close or soften a bit.

And just take three full,

Slow breaths in through your nose,

Hold,

And exhale through your mouth.

Ah.

When you exhale through your mouth,

It can be a sigh,

Or you can simply blow cool air through your lips,

Gently,

Inhaling through your nose,

Hold,

And exhale through your mouth.

And one more time,

Inhaling through your nose,

Hold,

And exhale through your mouth.

Feel yourself arriving.

Shift your awareness down to your lower belly,

Your sacral region.

You can place your hand there if it feels safe.

And notice warmth,

Subtle movements,

Pulses,

Nothing forced,

Just awareness and receptivity.

And while your hand is over your sacral,

You might as well notice any inner thoughts that come up,

Any questions or critiques that come up.

We're going to take a moment and just breathe with the sacral center for a minute.

So with your hand on your belly,

Inhale for four counts into the belly,

Gathering permission.

Hold for two counts,

Feeling your quiet power.

And exhale for six counts,

Gently letting go.

We'll do this two more times.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

One more time,

Inhale into the belly,

Gathering permission.

Hold just that quiet power and exhale,

Letting go.

Now that you've taken a moment to sit with your sacral energy,

Let's begin to explore what it feels like when that energy speaks to you.

This isn't about getting it right,

It's about getting closer to the part of you that already knows.

So we're going to play with a few simple yes or no questions.

Not to solve anything big,

But just to notice what you feel.

As I ask each one,

Listen for any sensation,

A sound,

A spark,

A pull or a stillness.

Here we go.

Do you enjoy being outside in nature?

Do you like the color blue?

Would you say yes to dancing right now?

Just notice what happens in your body.

Is there a little rise,

A flutter,

A warmth,

A quiet,

Uh-huh?

Or maybe a tightening,

A pause,

A gentle,

Uh-uh.

There's no need to analyze,

Really.

We're just feeling,

We're just connecting with this sacral energy.

You're learning the sacral language.

If you'd like to go further,

Try asking your sacral a question that matters to you.

Keep it simple.

A yes or no.

Take a moment.

Ask and then feel.

This is how we build the bridge between the question and the knowing.

Take a breath here and thank your sacral for showing up just as it did.

You can return to this practice anytime,

This listening,

This tuning in.

It is always yours.
