Hello,
And welcome to Jonergy Healing.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath,
And place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
And breathe into the rise and fall of your body,
The soft rhythm of safety returning.
And whisper softly,
I'm safe,
I'm here,
I'm not leaving myself.
This is an inner child dialogue,
A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,
Safety,
And truth.
Today,
We meet the humiliation wound,
The deep imprint that forms when our innocence was met with ridicule,
Shame,
Or cruelty.
It's the wound that teaches the child to hide,
To silence their joy,
And to shrink their truth.
Let's begin.
They laughed at me.
They made me feel stupid,
Dirty,
Wrong.
I just want to be loved,
But they made me feel ashamed for being me.
I know,
Little one,
I remember how small you felt in those moments,
How the warmth in your chest turned cold,
How you tried to disappear.
You didn't deserve that.
No child should be shamed for their aliveness or their needs.
I still feel dirty sometimes,
Or like something about me is bad.
Even when people are kind,
I keep waiting for the next sting.
That's the echo of humiliation.
It tells you you're unworthy when you were always pure.
You never had to earn love by hiding your light.
The ones who shamed you couldn't hold your innocence.
They were afraid of their own.
What if it happens again?
What if people see who I am and laugh?
Then we will stay.
We will not disappear.
And if any emotions want to arise,
We will welcome them.
We will give them a safe space to land.
You are not that small,
Powerless child anymore.
You have me,
And I will not join the voice of your shame.
I will meet it with love.
So it's okay to be me again?
Yes,
It's more than okay.
It's sacred.
Your tenderness is holy.
Your joy is medicine.
And your truth is light.
And no one gets to take that from you again.
Take a slow breath.
Place both hands over your heart.
And whisper softly.
My tenderness is sacred.
My light is safe with me.
The humiliation of the past no longer defines us.
We are seen.
We are safe.
We are loved.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are loved.
Namaste.
