Hello,
And welcome to Janurgy Healing.
Take a deep,
Grounding breath.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Feel the steady rhythm of your body,
The place where truth lives.
Whisper softly,
I am safe.
I'm here.
I'm not leaving myself.
This is an inner child dialogue,
A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,
Safety,
And truth.
Today we meet the injustice wound,
The ache that forms when life felt unfair,
When no one stood up for us,
Or when truth was twisted to protect others' comfort.
Let's begin.
It wasn't fair.
They got away with it.
Nobody protected me.
Nobody told the truth.
I had to carry everything,
The blame,
The silence,
All of it.
I know it wasn't fair.
You were made to hold what was never yours.
You saw hypocrisy and called it out,
And they told you to be quiet.
You learned that truth didn't matter,
That power did.
That's a heavy thing for a child to learn.
I still feel angry.
When people lie or take advantage,
I want to scream.
I want to make it right.
That anger is sacred.
It's the fire of truth inside you,
The part that knows what integrity feels like.
But you don't have to carry it alone anymore.
You're not the powerless child now.
You have a voice and choice and wisdom.
But if I let go of the anger,
Who will protect me?
I will.
I protect us now.
You don't have to stay angry to stay safe.
We can use that fire differently,
To create fairness,
To live truthfully,
And to embody what others could not.
Justice doesn't always come from outside.
Sometimes it begins in the way we live our own integrity.
So I can let the anger rest?
Yes,
You can rest.
We can stand for truth without burning ourselves down.
We can let life be imperfect without abandoning our sense of rightness.
We are not helpless anymore.
Take a slow breath.
Place both hands over your heart.
Whisper softly,
I honor my truth.
I release what was never mine to carry.
The injustice of the past no longer defines us.
We walk with clarity.
We live with integrity.
We lead with love.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are loved.
Namaste.
