As we arrive,
And fully arrive in your body and your breath,
And as impossible as it may sound to be with your breath without changing your breath,
To be a witness to your breath,
I invite you to do that.
Breathe in long and then change a little.
Actually,
I'm just going to slow us down even more.
Let's slow down to the pace of our hearts.
Noticing your breath.
And then as you land more completely,
Noticing how your heart breathes as you breathe.
And then it.
Finding the sanctuary that's inside you.
Is it in your heart?
Is it in the whole of you?
And with your breath entering the sanctuary that's inside of you with your inhale.
It resides inside you no matter what is happening.
Breathe into that inner temple that's beckoning you.
Beckons you to enter.
And then on your next comfortable inhale,
Enter in more deeply and breathe in.
And take a seat on the throne of your own heart.
And maybe today it occurs to you as a many-petaled lotus blooming in your heart.
Or maybe it's a lotus flower in your heart.
Or maybe it's a lotus flower in your heart.
And notice who you are now.
What's shifted for you?
And then arrive into our circle fully.
So feel around you the circle of life around you.
And on your next comfortable exhale,
As you expand your attention into the circle,
I want you to exhale down into the earth,
Into your womb space,
Or the earth beneath you.
Whatever feels right.
Remember that you have a seed in your own heart.
And so as you land in your body and your breath,
Tune into the seeds you've planted in the last six weeks.
In thoughts,
In words,
In deeds.
What are you planting?
What have you planted?
What is going to be watered?
What is going to bloom?
What's already blooming?
So just tuning in and remembering all the rebalancing,
Remembering,
Regrouping you've done in the last six weeks.
As we arrive here in this day,
Notice what's shifted again.
And fully arrive in the present moment.
With the frequency of the seeds you're planting,
You have planted.
What are you watering?
What are you bringing to life today?
What's pushing up through the earth?
And then I'd like to invite you to just put in the chat what you've planted.
What you're watering.
What are the seeds you're inviting?
