As you begin,
I want to invite you to observe your breath and to notice it.
When we bring our attention to our breath,
It can be hard to not change our breath.
So I simply invite you to notice what you notice about your breath.
And then allow yourself to lengthen your inhale,
Long,
Slow inhale,
And long,
Slow exhale.
And then to join me in this guided practice to set a heart-focused intention.
Breathe in again on your next inhale,
Whenever that is,
A long,
Slow inhale,
And a longer,
Slower exhale through your mouth.
And bring your attention on your next inhale to your heart,
A slow inhale through your heart,
And exhale there.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
With all your attention on your heart.
Breath moves in through your nose,
Attention on your heart,
Exhaling,
Breath moving out through your heart and your mouth.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Your attention on your heart.
And on your next comfortable inhale,
Breathe in and breathe your mind down to your heart.
Take a seat in your heart and set an intention for this practice and this day.
And notice what's already shifted in your breath as you've brought your attention and intention and awareness to your heart.
As you breathe in and out of your heart,
For a moment,
For a couple of breaths,
Notice any details that bubble up.
What's got your attention?
What moves you away from the attention on your heart or your breath?
Perhaps you remember a to-do list,
Or you feel in a hurry or distracted,
Or you're curious who's going to support you,
Or you don't feel quite yourself today.
Let anything bubble up.
Let it all bubble up.
And then exhale it with a sigh,
With a sound,
With a breathing out of your mouth.
And as you exhale,
Send it out of your body and send that all those thoughts or distractions or feelings or wonders,
Send it all out in front of you.
Let it appear as you exhale it in front of you now.
Maybe it appears as an image or a pile or a knowing,
And you have a sense that you've released it and there it is in front of you.
And now I want to invite you to send all of that busyness,
Those thoughts,
Those distractions,
Those unsettled places,
Even feelings of discomfort in your physical self,
Send it all there in front of you.
Send it love.
Breathe in through your heart and out through your heart.
Feel that connection and then send love to all of that.
And feel the calls that come in and the calls that go out,
The distractions and send it all love.
And then you start to drop in a little deeper into yourself.
And imagine yourself now on your next comfortable inhale,
Taking a seat in your heart.
And you can support that intention with touch by touching into your heart,
Lay your hands on your heart,
Put your palms on your sternum,
Let your heart connect to your hands and your hands connect to your heart and bring all your attention there.
And notice what's shifted in your being,
In your breath,
In your quietness,
In the busyness,
In your awareness,
In your heart.
And with your hands there,
Breathe in through your hands and your heart and out through your heart.
Again,
Bring all your attention to your heart.
This gift of time,
Sacred time,
A place of tuning to the infinite,
To the now,
Making space for the miracles.
And as you breathe in through your heart,
Now connect to the space just behind your heart.
The central channel,
A column of light,
A vertical column of light that goes through you behind your heart,
In front of your spine,
A place that's called the Sashumna,
It has many sacred names,
The conception meridian,
A column of light,
However it occurs to you,
Soul rider.
The Sai Wachakwe,
Making yourself a column of light,
Feel that space that moves up from the earth and down from your crown.
The space behind your heart,
In front of your spine.
And then on your next inhale,
Whenever that is,
Breathe in through the crown of your head and connect to the place of oneness.
So reach up out beyond you,
Inhale and draw the energy of spirit,
Of oneness,
Of magic,
Of sacred,
Of connection through your body,
Through your crown.
Draw the energy in to your crown on an inhale and exhale through your heart on an exhale.
And then extend that column from your crown out to spirit,
To the stars,
To light,
To the frequency of love,
To the stuff that the universe is made of,
And breathe that down and into your body through your crown,
Pure energy,
Love,
Sami,
The frequency of love,
Munay,
Light,
Down that column of light,
And exhale it through your heart and receive it.
And as you receive it,
You give it away with the exhale,
Becomes a flow,
A pouring of love into you,
The frequency of love.
And then on your next inhale,
As you're here in a body,
Invite your,
I invite you to bring your breath in through your heart and exhale and give it to the earth.
So extending that column of light from behind your heart down into the earth,
Ground down into the earth on the exhale.
And just notice if you have a habit of leaving or scooting out,
Sending your attention away from this and just bring yourself back.
When we get knocked out of our center,
This is a tool to ground.
So together again,
Inhale through your heart and exhale down that column of light into the earth and ground.
Inhale through your heart,
Pause at the top of the inhale just behind your heart center,
Exhale down that central channel,
Ground and then reverse your breath.
So you're breathing up from the earth on your next comfortable inhale up through the central channel,
Up with your intention and breath from the roots through your perineum,
Inhale the energy of the earth and exhale through your heart.
And really receive this energy,
This deep grounded rooted connecting place.
As you inhale up,
Receive this rootedness,
The abundance from the earth,
The way she gives so much compassion,
Receive,
Receive with each inhale and offer it again through your heart with each exhale and feel what's happening now.
Notice having joined from above and below in your heart,
Meeting in the middle,
What's shifted,
This invitation to be so present.
Drawing our attention and receiving that inspiration from above,
Pausing in the heart,
Inhaling in the heart,
Going down,
Grounding into the earth and then let that energy rise up into you to receive the grounded nourishment,
To look forward into the day or the moment or this breath and open a canvas,
A clear canvas,
A blank page,
A place of leaning into and being present to receive.
And notice the flow that comes from the place of spirit or the divine or the magic through your crown and the flow of love from the earth and being nourished by both of these places above and below.
And as you feel this connection to the infinite,
To the expansive now,
To the moment,
Beyond the moment,
To the timelessness,
Feel the expansion of your body and your energy body,
The bubble of you beyond even your arms reach into a room.
If you're in a room,
Or maybe double your size of your arms reach a few meters,
Many feet,
Vibrate this place of stillness,
Expand this frequency out into the space around you.
And look ahead,
Feel ahead out into the day and vibrate this frequency into your space.
Inhale through your heart and exhale and imagine yourself at the end of the day.
This amazing day,
So many gifts,
So much beauty,
Including the gift you're giving yourself to show up for this moment.
So you feel the beauty and the abundance and the infinite and you allow yourself to be present in the stillness,
A deeply rooted place where you can receive,
Inhale,
Receive,
Exhale,
Share,
The giveaway,
All that doesn't serve you and what you've received.
So one more breath,
Inhale,
Be present,
Receive,
Receive,
Receive,
Exhale,
Release anything in the way of receiving.
Inhale with gratitude,
The ultimate state of receiving and exhale and share what you've received in your heart,
A grateful heart.
So that even your breath becomes a receiving and a giving.
And then begin to focus on the exhale,
Do so for the next three breaths.
Inhale at a pace that serves your body and exhale a little longer than that inhale.
In through your nose and slowly and gently out through your mouth with grateful attention on your heart.
And each exhale a little longer.
And as you are exhaling through your mouth,
You are making a little more space to receive with each exhale,
Extending that exhale.
And then one more breath now focusing on your heart,
Long,
Slow inhale through your heart and longer,
Slower exhale through your heart.
Feel this deep coherence,
This connection and offering yourself gratitude.
Wherever you are now,
Bring your palms together in front of your heart or literally lay them on your heart,
Touch into your heart center,
Literally with your hands.
As this coherence ripples out from you bow your head to yourself in gratitude.
Weaves of gratitude.

Feel the frequency of love that's all around you,

The magic of that love.

Between all of us as if you're sending flowers into the day.
Send love and the frequency of love.
And feel and remember this moment of grounded connection of coherence and gratitude.
Breathe in through your crown one more time and connect out through the heart.
In through the heart and down into the earth.
Inhale up from the earth and out through the heart.
Four or five breaths to come into center.
Again,
Filling yourself with light.
Always allowing the exhale to share and give away any heaviness,
Like compost,
Releasing it effortlessly down and gathering up that grateful energy from the earth.
And sharing that light,
That love into your day.
Into what's coming before you,
Your next moment,
Your next intention,
If your hands have drifted away from your heart,
What is your heart focused intention?
What is clear and bubbling up from inside you?
What is your heart's whisper,
Your heart's longing,
Your intention?
As you feel that deep heart focused intention with such clarity,
You hear it,
You sense it,
You know it.
It fills you and slowly and gently you move from the inner to the outer,
Slowly and gently.
If your eyes have been closed,
You slowly and gently open your eyes and give yourself the gift of a moment for yourself.
Make some notes for yourself.
Take a moment for yourself to make a note to yourself,
To your future being,
To reflect,
To capture,
To receive the gifts of your practice.
By moving it from the energetic into your consciousness,
Into your heart,
Into the world of matter,
By moving color or writing down some words,
Or reflections,
The treasures and gifts from your practice and awareness.
And then another wave of gratitude to yourself for showing up for this gift of practice,
Tuning in,
Of listening to your heart,
Of creating a new habit,
Of making space for yourself,
Of stepping beyond the habit of offering gratitude to everybody else for making space.
Instead,
Being grateful for yourself,
For the space,
For the connection to your heart and your own unique intention in this moment.
