Welcome to your guided meditation.

Tonight,

We will relax deeply and drift into a peaceful sleep,

Preparing you for the morning to feel refreshed,

Rejuvenated and aligned with your best possible timeline.

Allow yourself this time to unwind and recharge,

Knowing that everything is unfolding perfectly as it should.

Settle into the comfort of your bed.

Make any adjustments you need to your pillows and blankets.

Allow your body to sink deeply into the mattress,

Feeling fully supported.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And release through your mouth with a soothing sigh.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in,

And release,

Allowing any tension to melt away.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in,

And release,

Allowing your breath to return to its normal rhythm.

Now,

We'll begin to count down from 10 to 1,

Relaxing your body fully as we go.

With each number,

Feel yourself drifting deeper and deeper into the comfort,

Ease and tranquility of your sleep.

Begin at the top of your head,

A warm golden light soothing your scalp,

Melting away any tension in your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks.

Let the golden light flow down your neck and shoulders,

Softening any tightness and gently easing them into rest.

Feel the light moving down your arms,

Through your elbows,

Wrists,

Down to the fingertips,

Relaxing every muscle.

Let the golden light spread across your chest,

Soothing your heart,

And feel your breathing become even slower and more natural.

Allow the light to flow through the back,

Releasing any knots or stiffness,

Softening each vertebra as it glides down your spine.

Feel the golden light across your stomach and hips,

Calming any tightness and bringing a sense of peace to your core.

Over your knees and into your calves,
