Transcript

Take a deep breath in,

Feel your spine gently lengthen and exhale and soften.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

And just return to your normal breathing,

To its natural rhythm.

Notice your body where it rests.

Bring your attention to your in-breath,

Observe the cool air entering and then the warmth as you exhale.

No need to change anything,

Just breathe naturally.

Feel the breath flowing in and out,

Anchoring you in the present.

And when you are ready,

Take a deep breath in and slowly release and take this calm with you for the rest of your day.
