Welcome to this meditation,

Welcome to this space,

You did it,

You showed up,

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or laying down,

Whatever helps you feel relaxed.

If it feels comfortable to you,

Close your eyes or lower your gaze,

You are here,

You did it.

Let's take a deep breath in and a slow exhale.

Another breath in and exhale.

There is nowhere to be but right here.

You are enough.

Exactly how you are.

Exactly where you are.

Exactly who you are.

You are enough.

You are doing enough.

You are feeling enough.

You are giving enough.

Breathe in and out.

Our days are busy.

Our minds are busy.

You're sitting here giving back to yourself a moment of quiet,

A moment of stillness.

You deserve this time because you are enough.

Do a quick body scan with me.

Are you holding tension somewhere?

Can you relax your jaw?

Relax your face.

Roll your shoulders back and relax them.

Are your hands soft?

Are your fingers loose?

We hold so much tension in our body.

When there's tension in our minds,

When there's doubt in our minds,

When we're feeling out of sorts within ourselves,

It shows up physically.

And when we release the tension in our body,

It helps us release that tension in our mind.

Check in.

Check in now and check in throughout your day.

Is there anything you can soften?

Deep breath in and release.

Morgan Harper Nichols says,

You have worked so hard.

You have given so much.

You have made it through countless moments of not feeling good enough.

And if there are days where you still feel discouraged,

Remember,

You have come so far.

And no matter how your low moments have made you feel,

They do not define who you are.

Your low moments do not define who you are.

You are enough.

Deep breath in.

Big breath out.

As you move into your day,

Bring this energy with you.

Whatever you accomplish moving forward is enough.

You are enough.

As we prepare to enter into the rest of our day,

Slowly move your head from side to side.

Wiggle those fingers,

Slowly awakening the body.

Open your eyes when you feel ready.
