Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with air,
And slowly exhale,
Feeling any tension melting away from your body.
I invite you to focus your attention inward towards the rhythm of your heart beating in your chest,
A sensation of air moving in and out of your lungs.
Allow this internal rhythm to anchor you in the present moment,
Grounding you in your physical body.
Next,
Gently shift your focus to the surface of your skin,
Noticing the air brushing against you,
Perhaps the fabric of your clothing,
The warmth or the coolness of the room.
Explore these sensations,
Letting your awareness dance across the boundary of your skin,
Where your inner world meets the outer environment.
Now imagine your awareness expanding outward,
Filling up the entire room around you.
See every detail in your mind's eye,
The colors,
The shapes,
The textures.
Visualize the room glowing with a soft light that emanates from within you,
Illuminating every corner,
Every object with your consciousness.
Feel a sense of connection to the space around you,
As if you are extending beyond the confines of your physical body.
Now I invite you to imagine if you are standing at the crossroads of your astral journey.
You have the choice to set a specific destination for your travel,
Or to surrender to the guidance of your soul.
If you choose surrender,
Affirm to yourself,
I ask spirit to guide me to where I need to go today.
Feel the openness and trust in this surrender,
Ready to be led to your highest good.
Now consider how you wish to travel.
Some may envision themselves taking a flight,
Soaring high above the clouds,
While others might prefer the idea of jumping from one realm to the other.
The first thing that comes up,
The first thing that comes to mind.
Not overthinking it,
Just having fun.
Now visualize yourself taking this leap,
From your physical body,
You jump to a cloud,
And then maybe to a distant star or planet,
Guided by the intuitive pulse of your soul.
And as you land in this new dimension,
First ground yourself by looking at your feet,
Noticing the surface beneath your feet,
And gradually raise your gaze,
Allowing the landscape of this new realm to come into focus.
Observing the colors,
The atmosphere,
Letting the details gradually fill your vision.
How does that make you feel?
Noticing any feelings coming up in your body,
Any resistance.
Now for the remainder of the sound bath,
I invite you to go on a bit of a journey,
Being curious what comes up,
Paying special attention to things that you might want to remember,
And just keep breathing.
Thank you.
