Hello,

And welcome to the self love meditation.

Please find a comfortable place,

Either sitting or lying down.

And if it feels comfortable for you,

I'm going to invite you to close your eyes.

To start,

We're going to take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhaling through your mouth.

Letting your shoulders begin to soften,

Letting your jaw unclench,

Maybe dropping the tongue off of the roof of the mouth.

And then your heart begin to open gently and naturally.

You are here to come home to yourself,

To your heart,

To remember the love that already lives within you.

Start by feeling the ground beneath you,

Steady,

Supportive,

And alive.

Allow your awareness to drop from your mind down into your body.

Feel your sit bones,

Your spine,

Your heartbeat.

Each breath anchors you deeper into this moment.

Inhaling,

I arrive.

Exhaling,

I soften.

Inhaling,

I receive.

Let your breath become a tender rhythm,

A reminder that life is flowing through you with ease and purpose.

I invite you to bring your attention to the space of your heart,

The center of your chest.

If it feels comfortable for you,

You might even place your hand there.

The gentle pulse of life beneath your palm.

Perhaps whispering silently,

I am.

And with each breath,

Imagine a gentle light glowing within your heart,

Soft,

Golden green,

And radiant.

This is your essence,

Pure,

Whole,

And complete.

With every inhale,

This light expands,

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your entire body.

And with every exhale,

It radiates outward,

Blessing your soul.

I'm now going to invite you to repeat these words softly in your mind or loud if it feels natural.

My heart is open and safe to feel,

Honor all parts of me,

The soft,

The strong,

The healing,

And the growing.

Love flows to me and through me with ease.

Start to let these words sink into your nervous system,

Like warm sunlight.

Let them rewire every cell with compassion and truth.

Take a few deeper breaths.

And just notice how your heart feels.

Maybe it's a little softer or a little brighter.

You are.

It is who you are.

You can read by breathing into your heart and remembering your own light.

Taking one last deep inhale,

Breathing that life force energy in through the nose,

Filling up the belly and the lungs,

Expanding your ribcage through all sides,

And exhaling fully out of your mouth with an audible sigh.

Placing one hand on your heart and whispering once again,

Thank you,

And I love you.

Whenever you're ready,

You can gently begin to open your eyes,

Taking in your space.

And know that you can carry this love with you into the rest of your day as a quiet strength,

A steady one,

The sacred knowing that you are whole and complete just as you are.

Thank you and have a beautiful day.
