Close your eyes.
And focus your attention on your breath.
Be aware that you are breathing in and out.
Now start breathing into your chest area.
Breathe into your heart.
Give more space and more energy to your heart.
And as you breathe out let go of everything you don't need anymore.
Everything that prevents you from opening your heart.
So inhale into your chest.
Give loving energy.
And exhale,
Let go.
Smile to your heart internally.
Be happy.
Accept everything what you find there.
Be kind to yourself.
And be aware that you are loved.
Breathe more and more into your heart center.
You don't have to do anything to feel loved.
You are loved just as you are.
Feel a pleasant energy of acceptance,
Kindness,
Love and compassion.
A pleasant feeling of warmth and love floods your body.
Now internally imagine in front of you a person for whom you feel affection,
A person you love that makes you happy when you think about them.
Visualize this person.
And now from your heart center send unconditional love to this person.
Love with no strings attached.
Focus on the center of your chest,
Your heart chakra and send more and more love.
This love flows into you coming from the divine and through your heart to the person.
And now imagine a person for whom you have neutral feelings.
Perhaps someone you don't know much like a neighbor,
A stranger.
Visualize this person and send love to.
The energy of love coming from the divine is entering your being through you and from your heart to the person.
And now finally think about someone you consider as difficult.
Perhaps someone who is triggering you.
Visualize the person.
Feel this pleasant energy of love entering your being.
Send it to this person unconditionally.
Maybe you can feel a sense of forgiveness or compassion.
And now finally we send a feeling of love to all people and living beings,
To everything that is.
Include people around you.
Include everyone and radiate this feeling in all directions.
Notice how it feels to be in this field of love.
How it feels to love and accept yourself unconditionally and to share it with other people.
Feel warmth in the center of your chest.
Feel this universal love,
Lightness,
Happiness.
Stay for a few breaths more to integrate,
To feel,
To feel the effects.
When you're ready,
Deep inhalation and as you exhale,
Open your eyes.
Carry this feeling of love throughout your whole day.
