This guided Metta (loving-kindness) meditation is an invitation to come home to your heart. In this practice, you’ll cultivate deep self-love and acceptance, then gently expand that love outward. We begin by sending kindness to ourselves, and then extend it to someone we love, someone we may have tension with, an acquaintance, and finally to all sentient beings in the world. This meditation is perfect for moments when you feel self-critical, disconnected, or simply want to soften and open your heart.
