Welcome to this practice that is intended for you and your pets.

I find it incredibly soothing to put my hands on each of my dogs and to just sit with them on the sofa or on the floor and turn on some high vibrational music that is not only beneficial to us and our nervous systems,

But also to our furry friends.

I've only tried this with dogs,

But I imagine it would work equally well with cats.

All of the animals are supporting us immensely as we ascend,

As we evolve,

And they're holding so many emotions that they can get exhausted more than we realize.

So I find just a little nurturing time together with them and allowing them to soak in these sounds to be incredibly beneficial.

So let's do that together.

Coming to a comfortable position and just starting to wiggle it out a little bit,

Maybe moving your hips back and forth,

Whether you're sitting on a sofa or on a floor or bed,

Just start to move the body a bit.

And let's take a deep,

Slow inhale through the nose and release it all through the mouth.

And do that one more time.

And now that we've cleared a little energy out of our own bodies,

You can take your hand or hands and place them on the pet or pets that are sitting beside you.

And make sure to find the favorite spot,

Be it the back,

The neck,

The head,

The belly,

And just gently rest your hand there as we all come into this deeper state of relaxation.
