Hello,

My name is Joel and I am honoured to guide you through this gentle and uplifting meditation today.

Together we'll explore the serenity within you,

Uncovering the radiant light that has always been there.

This light represents your boundless potential,

Your deep self-worth and the goodness that is an essential part of who you are.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Sit or lie down,

Whatever feels most supportive and natural for you in this moment.

If you can,

Place your feet softly on the ground or allow the full weight of your body to rest.

Take a moment to adjust yourself,

Making sure you feel supported,

When you're ready,

Allow your eyes to close softly or rest your gaze downward.

Begin to notice your breath,

Smooth and effortless,

Flowing in and out,

Like a gentle tide kissing the shore.

There's nothing you need to change,

Only to notice this rhythm of life moving to you.

Invite yourself fully into this moment,

Letting go of the outside world,

No dust,

No expectations,

No walls you need to fulfill.

So give yourself the mission to simply be here,

As you are,

With every breath you take,

Begin to feel yourself arriving more completely in this space.

Feel the weight of the day steadily melting away.

You are safe,

Supported and surrounded by calm.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it softly at the top,

And now exhale gently through your mouth,

One more time a slow deep inhale,

And this time as you exhale,

Feel your body sink deeper into relaxation.

Now bring your awareness to the surface beneath you,

Notice how it holds you,

Steady and wavering.

Imagine yourself supported,

Not just by your chair,

Or your bed,

Or the floor,

But by the earth itself.

Feel this calm grounding energy rise up to meet you.

With each breath,

Allow this grounding energy to connect with you,

Picture it moving to your feet,

Feeling your legs travelling up to your hips,

Your spine and your chest.

Imagine it unfurling into your arms,

Your neck,

And finally softening your face.

It's as if every part of you is being gently bathed in this calm steady energy.

Feel your body loosening,

Your breath flowing like a quiet wave smoothly washing over the shore.

Now shift your awareness inward,

Picture a quiet open space within you.

Perhaps it's like a still lake glimmering under soft moonlight,

Or perhaps it's an open field where the air feels fresh and full of possibility.

Whatever comes to mind,

Trust it,

This space is yours.

Rest here for a moment,

Deeply connected to your inner self.

Now bring your attention to a small point of light at the centre of your chest,

Near your heart.

It might appear soft,

Like the glow of a candle flickering gently in the dark.

Or maybe you see it as a golden sunbeam breaking through clouds.

This light is your inner essence.

It holds your kindness,

Your worth,

And the limitless potential within you.

It has always been there,

Even if sometimes feels hidden.

With each breath in,

Imagine this light becoming brighter,

Warmer.

Feel it gently spreading,

Like sunlight stretching across the horizon at dawn.

Watch as it begins to fill your chest,

Radiating a soft golden glow.

With each breath out,

See this light expanding beyond you.

It moves through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And into your hands.

It flows down your stomach,

Your legs,

And all the way to your feet.

With every breath,

This light grows wider and brighter,

Encompassing your entire being.

Now imagine this light extending beyond your body.

Picture it filling the space around you,

Creating a warm glowing cocoon of safety and peace.

This light is your true self,

Your infinite potential.

It holds all of the love,

Kindness,

And strength that you naturally carry within.

Notice how this light feels.

Perhaps it feels warm,

Like sunlight on your skin.

Or maybe it feels soothing,

Like a soft gentle breeze through the trees.

Take a moment to simply rest in this glow,

Knowing that it is always with you,

Always a part of you.

In the peaceful glow of this light,

I invite you to repeat some affirmations silently in your mind or aloud if you feel comfortable.

Each phrase is a gentle reminder of your worth and your ability to shine.

The first one.

I am worthy of love and kindness.

I am enough just as I am.

My inner light guides me and protects me.

I have infinite potential.

I trust myself and my unique path.

Feel free to notate these affirmations and repeat them throughout the day.

Feel each affirmation resonate within you.

With every word,

Notice how your inner light glows brighter,

Radiating confidence and peace.

Allow these affirmations to settle deeply in your heart,

Open your eyes.

I'll keep them closed for just a bit longer,

Staying in this peaceful space.

Take this moment to acknowledge how far your light reaches.

It is always with you,

Even on days when it feels dim.

And whenever you need to,

You can reconnect with this light by simply turning inward and breathing.
