Begin by taking three deep breaths.

Imagine you are walking along a golden path.

Alongside the path is a babbling brook.
The water is so crystal clear that you can see the rocks as it passes over them.
As you wander along you pass beautiful tree after beautiful tree and in each there are birds singing their own special melodies as if each performance is just for you.
There is a gentle breeze on your face as you stroll and wander in this beautiful setting.
Up ahead you see a bridge but this is no ordinary bridge.
It is a magical bridge and it is shaped like a rainbow.
You see specks of gold shining in the sunlight.
As you cross the bridge you step into the land of your imagination and your creativity.
All around are your favorite creations from your entire life.
Things that you have loved that have lit you up and made your heart sing.
Now this is your land so you paint it in as is perfect for you.
Are they futuristic?
Are they fantastical?
Or are they from ancient civilizations or masterpieces from renaissance artists and creators?
You wander around and marvel at this incredible creativity.
At the endless possibilities of creation.
Something in the center catches your eye.
As you walk towards it you see it is a golden fountain.
From this fountain pours the purest water you have ever seen.
Yet it is infused with the spectrum of colors of the universe and gold.
On the side of the fountain you see a beautiful chalice.
You fill the chalice with this magical water.
With every sip you take you feel your body,
Your cells,
Your entire being infused with the magic of this water and this place.
With every sip you are more refreshed,
Revitalized,
Replenished and energized with creativity and magic.
As you finish this wondrous drink you place the chalice back on the fountain knowing that you can come here anytime you wish.
You take another look at all the wonder around you and then you see a beautiful door.
You walk towards the door and as you take the handle you know that all of this energy of creativity and magic and wonder is within you now.
It always has been and it will be forever more.
And yet anytime you wish you can return here and drink from this fountain.
You turn the handle and re-enter the now moment replenished and refreshed.
You close the door behind you gently take a moment one more deep breath and with your hand on your heart re-enter the now moment.
When you are ready open your eyes.
Remember you are creator within your own creation and the possibilities are infinite and so endless.
