The most powerful way to manifest more of what you desire is to attune your emotional state to its frequency. In this practice, you will proactively cultivate the feeling of love—creating the internal conditions for deeper, more heart-centered connections to flow effortlessly into your reality. In this guided meditation, we will connect deeply with our heart center—gently inviting it to open while honoring exactly where it is. Whether your heart feels open, guarded, or somewhere in between, we will meet it with presence and curiosity, consistently extending an invitation for greater openness, connection, and expansion. As this connection deepens, I will guide you to call in the energy of love, drawing on memories or experiences that help activate this emotion within your body. By intentionally aligning with the frequency of love, you naturally amplify your ability to embody and attract it in your life.

Hello and welcome to this guided heart centered meditation.

Today we will be deepening our connection with our hearts,

Inviting them to open a little bit more and immersing ourselves in the most powerful emotion that there is,

Love.

We will begin by fostering a sense of connection to our bodies,

Grounding ourselves in the present moment and specifically bringing our awareness to the heart space.

By tuning in to the heart chakra,

Feeling its energy and vibrations and welcoming it to open,

We prepare ourselves to access and cultivate love more naturally and effortlessly.

Remember,

That which is like unto itself is drawn.

When we cultivate love within,

We invite more love into our lives.

If you feel numb,

Resistant or unsure whether you can feel anything at all,

That's okay.

Remember,

An absence of sensation is still an experience,

Something to be acknowledged.

Acknowledging whatever is present,

Welcoming it,

Allowing it to be without judgment or expectation.

Your mantra for this practice will be the continual questions.

Can I welcome this a little bit more?

Can I feel love a little bit more?

Can I open my heart up even just a little bit more?

And even if you only experience a small shift,

Just 1% or even 0.

1%,

Know that consistent practice leads to profound transformation.

Over time,

Opening your heart and feeling deep states of love will become second nature.

So let's begin with connecting to the heart.

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position or lay down if you prefer.

Let's begin with 3 deep breaths to relax the body and release any tension it may be holding.

Breathe in deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs all the way up.

And then let it go.

And again,

Inhale,

Fully expanding your chest,

Filling all the way up.

And then let it go and let any tension go with it.

And we'll take another breath in,

Filling all the way up,

And then holding here at the top.

For 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And exhale,

Allowing your body to relax and settle into the moment.

Now begin to bring your awareness to your chest,

Your heart space.

Simply noticing what sensations are here,

What feelings are here.

You don't need to force anything,

Just observe.

Ask your heart,

Can you open just a little bit?

Perhaps it responds effortlessly,

Or maybe there's hesitation.

Whatever you notice,

Welcome it with acceptance.

Now ask again,

Can I open just a little bit more?

Notice any shifts that happen,

A softening,

A warmth,

Or expansion.

Be present with whatever arises.

Ask,

Can I open a little bit more?

Simply being with the experience,

Without expectation.

Remember,

Even small shifts accumulate into profound change over time.

For those with a heart that may feel closed,

Guarded,

Be gentle with yourself.

There's no rush,

Just offer a quiet invitation,

And acknowledge where you are.

Again,

Ask your heart to open a little bit more.

Feeling into the sensations of your chest.

Perhaps feeling a lightness,

A tingling,

Or even an indescribable feeling of spaciousness beginning to emerge.

With each breath,

Continue inviting your heart to open,

Without forcing.

Simply allow it.

Begin to think of something or someone that brings you a deep sense of love.

This could be a person,

A pet,

A cherished memory,

Or even something simple,

Like the way the sunlight filters through the trees,

Or the warmth of a cozy blanket.

For me,

It's ducks.

Their little faces,

Their permanent smiles,

Their joyful waddles.

They bring a pure sense of love and joy to my heart.

What is it for you?

Could it be a puppy?

Whatever it is.

Hold this image in your mind.

Recall the details,

The colors,

The sounds,

The sensations.

And most of all,

Feel into the feeling of love that this memory,

Or experience,

Or person,

Or place evokes.

Imagine yourself immersed in this love,

Letting it fill your heart completely.

And with your awareness once again on your heart,

Feel into it again.

Inviting it to open just a little bit more.

Notice how the love that you're focusing on expands as your heart opens.

Your capacity to hold this love grows.

Allow love in.

The more we welcome it,

The more love we experience.

Take another moment to deepen this feeling.

Recall whatever it is that brings you the experience of love.

Let love wash over you,

Filling every cell of your being.

Welcome it fully.

Recalling this experience,

Or memory,

Or person,

Or place.

Continuing to bask in the emotion of love.

Noticing how it has no limits.

Love is infinite,

Boundless,

Ever expanding.

And ask your heart once more,

Can I open even a little bit more?

Feel into the response.

Perhaps you can feel out beyond your body,

Into the space around you.

Perhaps beyond the room you're in.

Perhaps your heart is so wide open.

You can feel the whole of the universe,

Or the planet.

Perhaps a smile emerges as you recognize the vastness of love available to you in this very moment.

Staying here for a few breaths.

Simply feeling and receiving.

Bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you move through your day,

Remember.

This feeling of love,

Openness,

And connection is always available to you.

No matter what is happening around you,

You can return to your heart and access this infinite wellspring of love.

You deserve to feel love.

You deserve to be open,

Connected,

And at peace.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you today.

Many blessings,

And I'll see you in the next one.

Namaste.
