Good morning.
If you've been feeling the weight of work lately.
The pressure building before the day even begins.
Maybe dreading what's in your inbox,
Or lying awake at night,
Running through everything that needs to get done.
Perhaps your mind has been rehearsing worst case scenarios.
Replaying difficult conversations.
Or quietly wondering if you're keeping up.
This one is for you.
Please know that this stress and pressure does not define you.
It's just something you're experiencing temporarily.
It's not who you are.
And because of that,
It doesn't have the power over you that you might feel like it does.
Today is an opportunity to remember something important.
You are far more capable than the pressures would have you believe.
So let's begin by taking three deep breaths together.
Breathing in through your nose.
Filling all the way up.
And then letting it go and letting your shoulders drop and relax.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling up.
And exhaling and letting any tension release.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Taking the biggest breath you've taken all morning,
Filling all the way up,
Holding briefly at the top here.
Setting the intention to let go of stress and worry and thoughts of work.
And then exhaling and letting it all go.
And letting it wisp away.
Giving yourself this time.
Away from the stress.
Now simply relax and remain open and receptive.
Over the next few moments,
There's nothing you need to do,
No emails to answer,
Or problems to solve.
Nothing to figure out.
Just listen and allow these words to wash over you.
You may repeat them silently in your mind.
Or just listen.
Right now,
You are connecting with the calm capability.
And quiet confidence that has always existed inside of you.
It's time to remember that.
I am allowed to begin today at my own pace.
I am more than what I produce today.
I am capable of handling whatever this day brings.
I am stronger than the pressures that I am feeling.
I recognize that stress has simply made me forget how capable I truly am.
I trust myself to navigate today with clarity and calm.
I am confident in my ability to make good decisions.
I am worthy of a day that flows with ease.
I am taking things one step at a time.
I am enough,
Exactly as I am right now.
I am resilient,
And I remember that I have handled hard days before.
I continue to show up every day,
And that is enough.
I am proud of how much I carry and how well I carry it.
I honor and hold space for the part of me that has felt overwhelmed and burnt out.
I love and appreciate that part of me.
And I choose to not let that part lead today.
I am trusting my own judgment.
I am capable of doing hard things.
I am releasing the pressure to be perfect.
I am choosing to work from a place of calm rather than fear.
I am grounded in my own ability.
I am prepared for what today brings.
I am someone who handles pressure with increasing ease.
I am becoming someone who works sustainably and with purpose.
I am remembering that my worth is not determined by my output.
I have my own back today.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am ready.
I am capable,
Grounded,
And enough.
I invite you.
Now.
To take another final breath in,
Filling all the way up.
And slowly letting it go,
Letting any tensions or worries wisp away with the breath.
And as you move into the rest of your day,
Remember.
.
.
This calm and confidence is not something you need to earn.
It is not something outside of you.
It lives within you always.
If it feels supportive,
Take a moment to remember a time when you handled something difficult with more grace than you expected.
If you can,
Notice how that memory feels in your body.
And just be with it for a moment.
Allow yourself to carry that feeling with you into your day ahead.
Your work matters.
And so does your presence.
And you are more capable than this moment of pressure makes you feel.
Wishing you a day of clarity,
Ease,
And quiet confidence.
Many blessings and namaste.
