Taking a moment to pause and take a deep breath,

Feeling the oxygen fill your lungs,

Your lungs expand like a balloon and they release fuel throughout your body,

Nourishing you.

The breath takes a wave through your body,

The breath flowing from the top of your head down the spine and the legs and out the bottoms of your feet.

The breath touching every cell in your body with a gentle hello.

Gratitude and appreciation for what these cells do for you every day.

The breath giving those cells a great big hug.

You find a smile starting to form on your face,

A smile of gratitude and appreciation for what is.
