Welcome to this exact moment in time.

You are free to let go of the mind,

Of swirling thoughts or any worries,

Let them pass by.

You are safe and you are here in this moment now.

Close your eyes and remain still.

You are a tall mountain,

Steady and strong.

Your trees firmly ground you into the fertile earth down beneath,

Abundant with solid rock and fresh trickling streams.

You are full of life and purpose.

You are the mountain,

Full of knowledge,

Effortless and powerful.

Nothing can sway you,

You stand proud and sure.

You observe the storm clouds in the distance,

Watching them roll in slowly.

These are your thoughts,

Your worries,

But you see that the clouds can drift by as you choose to give them no weight,

They're fleeting and powerless.

And they eventually pass,

All the while you observe in total stillness.

You are the mountain,

The source of all strength and inner knowing.

With a deep breath into your belly,

You expand your energy to create a force field around you,

An impenetrable enclosure that is safe and permanent.

You are the mountain,

And the mountain is you.
