Day 3 – Resting in Fulfillment As you reclaim your attention and reconnect with yourself, you may begin to discover that fulfillment is not something you must chase, earn, or find outside of yourself. This meditation invites you to rest in the peace, contentment, and wholeness that arise when you are fully present with yourself and with life. Through mindful awareness, reflection, affirmations, and meditation, you will cultivate a deeper appreciation for the present moment and the abundance already within you. As you settle into being rather than seeking, you may experience greater peace, joy, gratitude, and fulfillment from within.
