Let's embark on a journey of gentle slowing down where each breath becomes a pathway to stillness and tranquility.

Find yourself a comfortable posture perhaps closing your eyes if it feels right.

Take a moment to settle in allowing your breath to guide you with a deep inhale through the nose and a soft exhale through the mouth.

Let your jaw release any tension allowing relaxation to spread through your shoulders down into your belly and into your hands feeling the gentle softness settling within you.

Now simply observe your breath as it flows naturally.

Notice its rhythm,

Its depth,

Its ease.

With each inhale and exhale let yourself gradually elongate the breath doubling its length.

Direct your awareness to where you feel the breath the most vividly maybe at the throat the nostrils or the belly.

As you extend the inhales and exhales even further feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation.

Aim for a slow steady rhythm counting to three or more with each breath.

With each full exhale feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation.

Your mind finding clarity and stillness.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment embracing the ease that comes with each breath.

As our meditation draws to a close know that this state of peace is always within reach.

Gently bring your attention back to the space around you reconnecting with the world outside.

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm as you prepare to continue your day.
