Let's take this time to come home to your body.

Not to fix it,

Judge it,

Or change it,

But to finally be with it,

Close your eyes gently and settle into stillness.

Feel your body,

Right here,

Right now.

Let your awareness travel across the landscape of your skin.

Not to scan for flaws,

But to feel gratitude.

This body has carried you through everything,

The pain,

The pressure,

The joy,

The grief,

The growth.

This body has never left your side.

So often we've been taught to treat our bodies like projects.

Something to constantly fix,

Shrink,

Change,

Improve.

But your body is not a project.

Your body is a home,

And you don't need to earn your right to love it.

You don't have to wait until your stomach is flatter,

Your thighs are smaller,

Or your skin is clearer.

You're allowed to love yourself now.

Breathe into that.

Let the war between you and your body end here.

Let your body exhale.

Let it soften.

Repeat softly in your heart or out loud,

I forgive myself for every cruel thought I've had about my body.

I release the shame that was never mine to carry.

I choose to see my body through love,

Not comparison.

My body is worthy of kindness,

Rest,

And joy.

I no longer withhold love from myself.

Your stretch marks are not flaws,

They are rivers of growth.

Your softness is not your weakness,

It is where your gentleness lives.

Your belly is not a burden,

It has held your laughter,

Your breath,
