Welcome,

This meditation is here to support you as you begin your day,

To help you arrive with presence,

With clarity and a sense of ease.

So let's take a moment to settle where you are,

Either sitting comfortably or lying down if that feels better and let your shoulders soften,

Let the muscles of the face relax,

Let your jaw relax and allow the breath to naturally deepen,

Start to bring your awareness to your breathing,

Noticing the gentle rise and the gentle fall of your belly and your chest and taking a deep breath in through the nose and an open mouth sigh out,

Let's do two more,

Take a big inhale through the nose and exhale sigh it out,

One more biggest one yet and exhale,

Breathing with full breath and now in your own time bring to your mind how you would like to feel today,

Perhaps it's feeling calm,

Maybe energized,

Maybe confident and allow that feeling to land in your body as though you are already carrying it within you and take a moment to set your intention,

You can start by saying in your mind today I choose to feel and then add the feeling that you'd like to call in,

Letting the words sink in with your breath and begin to picture yourself,

See yourself moving,

Carrying the feeling that you've chosen,

Notice how you hold yourself,

The way you move,

The way you connect with others and meeting these experiences with so much calm and clarity and let this vision play out like a gentle preview of your day not with any pressure but with so much possibility and you are not controlling each moment,

Only choosing the energy you bring into it and start to take a deep inhale through the nose and a full exhale just letting that sink in your body and when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes carrying your intention with you into the day ahead,

Know that you can return to this feeling simply by pausing,

Breathing and remembering your choice and thank you for allowing me to guide you through this meditation,
