Welcome to the path back to self,

Where we'll take a moment to pause,

Breathe,

And remember who you are beneath the noise.

You are a human in a human experience.

You've lived many lives inside just this one.

You've been the version of yourself that gave everything away,

Hoping it would make you enough.

You've been the one who rose after falling,

Quietly,

When no one was watching.

You feel joy in your hands and grief in your chest,

Sometimes both on the same day.

Your life has moved in seasons,

Some vibrant,

Full of movement and warmth,

Others still stripped bare,

But always changing,

Always teaching.

Maybe you forgot yourself for a while,

And you became what others needed.

You wore rolls like armor.

You kept going when your soul was tired,

When your heart whispered,

Please rest.

But even in forgetting,

You didn't disappear.

The truth of you,

The soft center beneath it all,

Waited patiently.

And in moments,

Small moments,

A pause,

A breath,

A sunrise,

A tear,

A breath,

A tear,

You began to remember.

You walked back through old stories,

Not to relive them,

But to release them.

You touched the pain,

Not to hold it forever,

But to know you could.

You let go of what was never yours to carry.

Healing didn't come all at once,

It arrived in pieces.

A kind word to yourself,

A boundary held.

The strength to sit in silence without fixing,

Without fleeing.

You began to notice beauty again,

The light on the wall,

The laughter that came without warning,

The way your own breath could anchor you in the now.

You stopped searching for who you were supposed to be,

And softened into who you already are.

Not perfect,

Not finished,

But whole and here.

And now you walk with something quiet inside you.

Not the absence of pain,

But the presence of peace.

You carry your story,

Not as a burden,

But as a bridge.

Proof that you can begin again,

And again,

And again.

So today,

If you feel far from yourself,

Know this.

Your way home has never left you.

It lives in your body,

In your breath,

In your being.

Right here,

Right now,

You are not lost.

You are arriving.

As you move into the rest of your day,

May you carry this stillness with you.

Gently,

And as always,

Sending love.
