When you're tired of being strong,
Something honest is showing.
Not weakness,
Not failure,
Just fatigue from holding too much for too long.
This is a practice,
Not a collapse,
Not a conclusion,
A practice of letting the effort be seen.
Strength often becomes a habit,
Staying composed,
Staying capable,
Staying steady,
Even when the inside feels stretched thin.
Sometimes strength continues long after it's needed.
There's a quiet correction that happens here.
Not fixing,
Not improving.
Just noticing that constant strength is not the same as safety.
Exhaustion doesn't mean you did something wrong.
It means something real has been carried.
Responsibility,
Care,
Attention,
Presence.
All without much pause.
Notice how the body hears the idea of not being strong for a moment.
Maybe there's relief,
Maybe resistance,
Maybe uncertainty.
Nothing needs to change.
Putting go of strength doesn't mean falling apart.
It can mean softening,
Allowing support to exist internally.
Even without words,
Even without answers.
Acceptance isn't agreement.
It's not saying,
This should have happened.
It's simply staying present with what is here,
Without pushing it away.
You don't have to be strong in this moment.
You can just be here.
This space remains.
