Good morning,

Beloved.

Welcome to your life.

Welcome to another day to get it right.

A day of possibility and wonder and grace.

Today will be a beautiful day.

So beginning by connecting with your heart and from there connecting with your breath.

Feeling the flow of your breathing in your belly and your chest and see if you can access a bit of wonder at the magnificence of this beating breathing living being.

And perhaps whispering out loud to your body thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And as you prepare to move into your day setting an intention for your presence for staying in awe and wonder for this life.

And that no matter what challenges may present that you are gifted the wisdom and the grace of acceptance and trust that you are taking care of that the universe has your back and that there is a grand plan in action and all that is required of you is to show up.

And so as you begin taking some gentle stretches into the body feeling that intention to show up for your life today.

In grace,

In wonder,

In presence,

And in love with yourself and with your life.
