Hello and good morning.

The mornings are such a powerful moment to recalibrate,

To release any stress or anxiety and set the intention for how you want to root yourself into the day ahead.

So with this powerful moment,

I invite you to close down your eyes and take three clearing breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Dropping that awareness,

Dropping those shoulders,

Coming into the body.

For this practice,

We're going to use the blow breath,

Which is an inhale and exhale through the mouth.

You can change the pace as you need to,

But I will guide you.

When you're ready,

Let's begin.

That's it.

Keeping that breath moving for just a little while longer,

Keeping that awareness on the breath.

Here we go.

Keep it moving.

Now releasing that breath and coming into a hold at the top,

Taking a full breath in through the nose,

Sipping at the top and just holding here.

Can you feel your energy expand?

Feel your cells come alive within.

When you feel ready,

Releasing that breath,

Placing your hands on your heart,

Coming into a moment to set the intention for your day,

Setting this as an I am statement.

What is the energy that you want to feel throughout the day?

Maybe it's power,

Maybe it's confidence,

Maybe it's clarity.

Whatever it is for you,

State it now.

Releasing that intention and releasing the hands,

Bringing them to your lap,

Noticing how you can bring the awareness back into your body.

Wishing you a beautiful day ahead and I look forward to breathing again with you soon.
