Hi and welcome to this guided visualization meditation with me,

Meena.

Start by finding a comfortable seat.

Close down your eyes.

See if you can find a long,

Tall spine.

Now focus all your attention on your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose.

Hold the breath at the top and gently exhale through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhale through your nose,

Holding at the top of your breath.

Now slowly release the air out through your mouth.

Now keep breathing,

Letting the air flow in and out through your nose.

And as you breathe in,

Feel how your belly and your chest is expanding.

And as you breathe out,

Feel it contracting.

Putting all your attention to your breath.

Feeling the sensation as it flows in and out through your nose.

As you continue to breathe,

Begin to visualize roots growing from the base of your spine.

These roots reach down into the earth,

Deepening with every breath,

Connecting you to the solid ground beneath you.

Now feel the earth's steady energy rise up through these roots,

Bringing you a sense of stability and calm.

With every exhale,

Release any tension or worries in your mind.

Feel the weight of those concerns being absorbed by the earth beneath you.

You are safe,

Grounded and present in this moment.

Take your time,

Feeling into the support of the earth.

Trust that you are fully anchored here,

Deeply connected to the ground beneath you.

Now,

Shift your attention to your heart center.

Visualize a warm,

Golden light at the center of your chest.

This light is your inner essence,

The true and authentic part of you that holds your deepest wisdom and desires.

With each breath,

Imagine this golden light expanding,

Filling your chest with warmth and peace.

And as you continue to breathe,

Allow this light to grow brighter.

See it spreading through your body,

Into your arms,

Your legs,

Up to the crown of your head and down to the tips of your toes.

Feel yourself being completely embraced by this loving,

Golden light.

When you are ready,

In your mind's eye,

Picture yourself standing before a door.

This door leads to a beautiful inner garden,

A sanctuary where your deepest desires are waiting to be revealed to you.

Take a moment to observe the door.

What does it look like?

What feelings arise as you prepare to step through?

And when you feel ready,

Open the door and step into the garden.

As you walk into this space,

You find yourself surrounded by vibrant colors and lush greenery.

The air is fresh,

Filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers.

You may hear the gentle sound of flowing water,

Or the soft rustle of leaves in the breeze.

This garden is peaceful and inviting.

It's a sacred space created just for you.

Take your time exploring this garden.

Notice the details around you,

The colors of the flowers,

The feel of the grass beneath your feet,

The warmth of the sunlight.

Let yourself wander freely,

Without hurry or expectation.

Allow the peacefulness of this space to sink into you.

As you walk further,

You begin to notice a soft glow ahead of you.

Follow the glow and trust that it holds the answer to your deepest inner desire.

When you reach the source of the glow,

Take a moment to pause.

This is the manifestation of your desire.

A symbol,

An image,

A fielding or even a figure that represents your deepest calling.

Look at it closely.

What does it look like?

How does it make you feel?

As you stand in front of this representation,

Ask it softly.

What do you wish for me to know?

Now take a deep breath in and listen.

Listen with your heart,

Without judgment or expectation.

And remember,

Whatever arises is valuable,

Whether it's words,

Images,

Emotions or simply a sense of knowing.

Trust that this is your inner wisdom speaking to you,

Revealing the desire that has been waiting to surface.

So ask it softly.

What do you wish for me to know?

And if nothing comes right away,

Don't worry.

Sometimes the clarity comes later.

Just being present in this space is enough to plant the seed of discovery.

Now,

As you stand in this garden,

Feel your desire merging with the golden light that surrounds your body.

Visualize this desire becoming one with your heart's energy,

Expanding and glowing brighter within you.

See how this desire aligns with your true self,

How it reflects your deepest essence.

Feel the energy of this desire filling you with a sense of purpose,

Joy and excitement.

Know that this desire is part of you.

It has always been with you and now you are ready to fully embrace it.

When you feel ready,

Begin to slowly make your way back through the garden,

Knowing that this sanctuary is always available to you.

You can return here anytime to reconnect with your desire and your inner wisdom.

Walk back toward the door,

Feeling a sense of peace and clarity.

As you step through the door,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest,

The steady rhythm of your breathing.

Start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling the earth beneath you,

The air on your skin.

Take a few deep,

Grounding breaths.

Now,

When you feel ready,

With your gaze down towards the floor,

Slowly open your eyes.

This meditation has come to an end and I hope that I brought you a little bit closer to yourself,
