Good morning sunshine,
Thanks for joining me for this new meditation.
To set an intention for today and visualize something that you are very much looking forward to.
So I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and as you settle there I invite you to close your eyes and join me in a little adventure.
We're gonna take a few deep breaths together to get us settled here.
I'd like you to inhale deeply from your nose and exhale deeply from your mouth.
A couple more times,
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale one last time.
Ah that's right,
As you settle in I invite you to join me on a path right in the middle of a forest.
Imagine this forest very dense with trees around you and a very very clear path ahead.
The smell of the woods is flirting with your nostrils and you can feel the freshness brought by the shade from the trees.
It's very green,
Nature has done its magic.
And you can hear the sound of the leaves moving around alongside the wind.
We're walking down this path one step after the other,
One step after the other.
One step after the other.
Continuing along the path,
Getting deeper and deeper in the forest.
Enjoying nature's gift of this moment.
Suspended in time.
Right there.
Continuing along the path.
Some birds are flying from a tree to another.
There is life hidden in the forest.
You don't fear it,
You don't see it,
But you can feel it.
And it brings a peaceful,
Mystical vibe to this walk.
Simply allowing you to continue walking down this path one step after the other.
And just focusing on a step and then the next one and then the next and then the next and then the next.
Until we reach a crossroad.
And there.
Returning right.
Picking the path on the right.
The tree seems a little less dense.
And start feeling like we're leaving the comfort of the forest.
The soil is still unravelling in our feet as we're getting more and more sandy.
And as you continue setting foot after the other and the next and the next.
You can see ahead of you.
A little further down the path.
Set the path.
Set the path.
The path is leading to a beach.
We're pausing a second.
Take off our shoes now.
Pick off the left shoe.
Pick off the right shoe.
To bury our feet deep in the sand.
Which is just warm enough to keep us cozy.
But not too hot to bury in our souls.
And we continue walking on this large sandy beach.
As the sun is shining on our face.
Feel a smile wanting to brighten up your face.
As you get closer to the water.
And the wind is getting fresher.
We're sitting down on this beach.
We're sitting down slowly,
Slowly.
Taking it all in.
Right there.
Generally you feel like we're alone in the world.
The waves are crashing on the shore softly.
Picking the sand ahead of us.
And right there,
Time feels suspended.
And nothing else matters.
This is the perfect time to visualize.
Visualize yourself on an ideal day.
What is one thing,
One thing that could possibly happen?
Anything that you really truly want to happen today.
What are you doing?
What can you see yourself to?
Are you on your own?
Is someone there with you in this vision?
Are you laughing,
Smiling?
What do you feel?
Where are you in this ideal?
Ideal vision.
What can you see?
What are a few things that you can see around you?
And as you're looking around your vision of your ideal day,
What can you hear?
Can you smell something in particular?
Is anything or anyone touching you?
Can you feel the freshness or thickness or lightness of the air around you?
Hold onto this image.
Hold onto everything to do with this vision of yourself.
The ideal intention for your day.
Hold it there for one more second.
We're going to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and let it consolidate as we're finding our way back to the beach.
Deep breath in and out.
Back to the sound of the waves on the shore.
The seaside smell.
Sunshine on our faces.
The intention well set.
We're going to stand back up and make our way back to the forest.
The sun is slightly getting warmer,
Still not burning our feet.
I can now feel the sunshine on our back as we walk back towards the path.
And before you set foot on that path,
Put your shoes back on.
Shaking off the sand on your right foot and back to your shoe.
Shaking off the sand on your left foot and back in your shoe.
Tracing your steps back onto this path.
Getting you back into the depth of the forest.
Enjoying again the freshness of the trees.
The chant of the leaves shaking to alongside the wind.
The crisp of the floor.
As you set foot on the soil,
One step after the other,
After the other,
After the other.
Getting back on the main path.
The more generous soil.
More generous trees hugging us alongside this walk.
And after five more steps,
Find yourself back into your initial position in this room where you started this meditation.
Just one more step.
And two.
And three.
And four.
And as I count in the fifth step,
You can open your eyes and embrace being back in the here and now.
The beautiful intention set for your day.
And a lovely morning ahead of you.
