Not everything may go the way you wish sometimes,

And that's okay.

It's okay to feel rushed and overwhelmed.

It's okay to feel sad.

It's okay to feel like your world is upside down.

It's okay to be mad.

You don't need to dwell on it for too long,

For these challenges turn into evidence for you to stand strong.

Be strong in your softness.

Be strong in your kindness.

Be strong with compassion and a lot of love for yourself.

Don't worry sunshine,

If you pause for a second and notice what's hidden behind.

Behind the tears,

Behind the cries,

Behind the hurt,

There is a smile.

Not the one that hides the truth.

Not the one that hides the pain.

The smile that hopes.

The smile that knows.

That all storms also come to an end.
