Your jaw and let's prepare to inhale using the ocean sound.
We are entering our inner temple,
A space that we devote to heal and renew ourself.
This sacred space is always within you and accessing it is just you turning your focus inwards.

Simply try to exhale longer than the inhale and focus more on what is happening inside your body.

You can feel a sense of inner peace,
Your heart is opening,
You are connecting deeply with all your emotions and sensations,
You are creating a safe space for them to emerge if is needed,
You are safe here,
You are divinely protected in here,
In here miracles are manifesting,
You move through life with ease and grace,
Everything is welcome,
Any emotion whether is high or low vibration,
In here it's welcome,
You are perfect,
You are worthy,
You are the entire universe,
Allow yourself just to bask in this energy,
Allow yourself just to be present,
You don't need anything right now,
Just to open and receive this healing energy,
